Upon checking in, the staff was friendly. When we went into the room, there was a strong smell of mold. We looked at the lamp shades and they were moldy. The desk clerk came to the room and removed them.

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and our ac in the room didn’t work and they couldn’t give us another room but gave us a fan that really didn’t cool the room and we were there 3nigts 2 days and was upset cause of the ac problem my kids complained it was hot the whole time there even with the fan they gave for the time me stayed there

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Their knowledge of the area and recommendations were very helpful.

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great!! Lots of restaurants and shopping centers close by, including and HEB.

The room felt like it was brand new. I loved the bed and wanted to take it home with me. Breakfast was good and hot.

This place was really nice. Very clean, upgraded furnishings, great breakfast and some of the friendliest and courteous workers l have been around. I highly recommend this place and l will definitely be back.

As i checked into my room, i experienced there were roaches in the room, and i was very very uncomfortable.

Booked late, showed up and it was nice. Service was prompt and courteous. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and slept well. What more can you ask for?

The hotel was so new, nice and clean. I used to stay at hotels across the street, but will make Sleep Inn my new destination

Friendly lady at checkin. Nice size rooms. Bed was great. Full breakfast with biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles. Hotel was quiet. Great stay. Would stay again.

It was a very quiet, and nice area, the rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly…. Would definitely recommend this hotel and be a place we will definitely be back to when visiting the area……

The stay was good but i had to leave 1 day earlier because of an emergency and the front desk stated that i could not check out early. I left anyway and i am upset i could not get refunded.

The only issue I had was finding a bloody tissue in between the Mattress and headboard overall everything else was great.
The tissue was bloody...like dry old blood...and I wish I could have gotten a better picture but that's not something I wanted to be all up and close to.

During my stay we had bed bug in room . Manager took more than 24 hours to reach out and tried to treat the problem as if a simple issue for which we changed room . In reality we went through a lot of stress to wash our clothes and dry and ditch baggage so that we do not bring bed bug problem back home .
