Nice

Great location. Just steps from Heiwa dori and a short walk to Kokusai dori. Tons of eating and drinking places. FamilyMart and Larsons close by to get quick eats or to use ATM for money exchanges.

I did not like that you could not control the thermostat in the room...especially in the bathroom where it was always very humid.

Convenient location and clean room. Service is fine and lounge snack and breakfast is quite good!

Our room was very spacious and clean. All of the hotel staff were very professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel was close to many shops and restaurants.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean. Plenty of parking space. Will come back again.

Improvement on dinning options, gym hours ( starting earlier and ending later or have blocks of times to accommodate the needs of tourists) and ambience at the reception hall (lemon water, coffee/tea provided would make a welcoming and caring experience for the guests). Lastly concierge service on providing guests with tours and public transportation information would be helpful

It was really pleasant time in Naha with nice Hotel, the staff were very kind and always ready to accept customer's needs. The location was fantastic both Macki market and Kokusai dori witthin 5 minutes walk.

Best location and facility in Naha. Highly recommend to use club lounge. You don't have to spend a penny for food during the stay.

Services we’re just okay, and when I opened toilet cover it suddenly fell off; it took at least 20 minutes for assistance.

We chose this property as we wanted to be in the center of the action and it did not disappoint. A 3 minute walk around the corner and you enter Heiwadori, one of the many shopping streets off of the main Kokusaidori. Lots of shopping for Okinawan specific goods and foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge walk-in shower/tub combo. We would stay here again.

It was great. Nice people and nice conditons. The room was clean. The hotel is closed to the street that famous.

People didn’t wear masks while taking food during breakfast, hotel didn’t have such rules. Sick children where coughing into food, liquid from running nose got into plates with food (saw it by myself, then other guests took it). Very disappointed with such policy and with hotel. Didn’t worth such money.

It was a good stay but not really suitable for our needs. In short, I would not stay there again. Pros: • Staff service, they were excellent and went above and beyond to help us be comfortable. • Location is excellent, so convenient to the old shopping streets, tons of bars, restaurants and really close to the market. • It’s quite a nice property. • Breakfast is pretty good. Cons: • It’s not a good place to stay with younger children, the limited facilities are basically geared towards adults. • In room entertainment, there is none other than some standard tv channels. • It’s poor value for money at the usual rate. Thanks to Expedia I got a really good room rate but I’d otherwise feel hard done by. • I feel bad saying this but I really was surprised at the the poor manners and selfishness of a high proportion of guests from a certain country with a red flag close to Japan. I just don’t feel that Hyatt has moved with the times. I have used their properties in Tokyo before and been left less than satisfied, I will not choose Hyatt to stay in again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location of the hotel is on a quiet street but only 5 minutes from the busiest streets in Naha. Close to the Monorail line, restaurants, and shopping. Would come back again.

We had late dinner at the bar and both the food and service were great! We also enjoyed our afternoon Tea at the lobby, the tea and cake were delicious! The staff working was always very friendly and professional. The room is large and clean, shower was great. Breakfast was ok.

We like the fact that our room was changed promptly when we complained about noise from the next room. We had trouble understanding some of the front staff, who are not native Japanese speakers.
