How can you recommend such a place. The rooms smell like mildew!!!! I went in my first room and it was still unattended, still dirty. Dirty sheets and towels!!!

Good location away from downtown but still close enough for quick trips in for restaurants or to explore. Good amount of parking and staff was always friendly and available. To note, we stayed for 3 nights and did not receive any room cleaning. To us this wasn’t a big deal and we would choose to stay here again. I just wish the bathrooms had hooks for the towels!

Th staff especially the front desk girlsl were exceptional. Always cheerful, polite, professional and willing to help in any situation. They knew their jobs and did them very well. Sending coodoos to the two who checked us in and then back out. Thanks for everything.

When taking a shower the water would run outside the shower onto the floor and we would end up using our clean towels to mop up the water.
Also, the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, a new light bulb was needed in the lamp fixture and there was adequate cookware or cooking utensils for cooking.
Although these issues are minor and required little to no effort to take care of but our issues was never taken care or fulfilled.

Charlie greeted me upon arrival. She made me feel welcomed. Her and Michelle were both great. Staff is friendly and greets you every time you walk in.

The staff was amazing whether it was on the elevator, the breakfast chef or front desk they all were great! You can tell it needs some renovations and upkeep.
My kids were disappointed when we returned to find the pool closed with no signs to explain and the staff had no clue either. And the kitchen supplies were very limited.
The 2 separate rooms were great for 2 families to have some space. Close to many places we’d stay again.

The property & staff is on par for the price paid for the stay. But unfortunately we did see a large cockroach on the wall outside our room. There was a young staff member that I informed and he addressed it.

The staff was amazing! they were very friendly and helpful. However, we didn't have our room cleaned or receive fresh towels for our entire stay and we even had to ask for more toilet paper because no one checked our room.

Our toilet would not flush and the room we expected 2 double beds and when we arrived we were put in a room with a king. The feont desk clerk was going to talk to the manager and call us, but we never heard from them. Was told by night shift person we were to get a lower rate

I tried to check in, your staff was very friendly and helpful, but was unable check in because you don't accept cash. You know that green paper that acceptable for paying off debts and purchasing products, legal tender. So I didn't get to stay and collect Bonvoy points, another hotel was more accomadating.

We got to the hotel, and the first room we had was infested with cockroaches. we were moved to another floor and the room was fine, however we NEVER got service, even after asking for it, multiple times.

I did not list. The breakfast was BAD. The eggs scrambled & supposedly fried were terrible. The grits were fair as a positive. If you like I can send a photo of the items i gave the front desk person.
