Apartment was excellent. Very clean and bright with everything we needed. Staff very friendly and we were able to check in early due to the apartment being ready. Very close to a metro stop and a range of restaurants and supermarkets. Would definitely book again.

The flat seems new and has modern decor. No air conditioning and it can be hot and humid. Noisy location. Easy walking ~0.4 mile away from metro and/or subway.

This is my 2nd visit of STAY Seaport. I experienced the change of Copenhagen, especially where the location of the hotel is. When I 1st came here, there is no Metro connected to, no other supermarket but only Netto, no building in front on the hotel. It changed a lot. I can find many restaurants to fulfil my stomach.
There is a pier at Orientkaj that is 10mins walk to the hotel. I can go back to the hotel easily by taking the ship after paying a visit to the Little Mermaid.
There is a lot of choices of welcome drinks, which I think it is very good. The staff is very helpful, always give me a big hand on my query.
I would like to say that the lady at the reception is very good but I did not ask for her name. When I ask where I can I find the post box to send my postcards, she tried the best of her to find me the post box at Ostbanegade 120. Although I cannot find it at that location, I really appreciate her effort to help me. I would like to give her a big thank you.
For the apartment itself, I have some comments:
1. better prepare some knives and forks for us.
2. the shower is damaged before I moved in.
3. The tripod of the TV is quite close to the dinning table. People can easy kick on it and make some damage.
4. The shower oil and shampoo are very good.
5. The dinning table is very good. I can chat with my wife whiling she is making dinner.

A fantastic property, in a great community location {i.e. no touristy}, but easily accessible to all attractions and excellent customer service!

Stay seaport is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to city center. Front desk staff are super friendly . The apartment is so big and well maintained. The property is 5 minutes walk to Metro and 10 minutes ride to city center. Grocery stores and restaurant are cross the street.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was really easy to find in a great location near transport, shops, harbour baths and a rooftop exercise playground! The staff were very helpful especially the young man who greeted us on arrival and our apartment was lovely, spacious and clean with a nice view. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

An amazing few days exploring the city. This hotel was a great base, away from the crowds but still close enough to amble in to access all the sights.

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was wonderful! So much space with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a full washer and dryer. Everyone at reception was very nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly stylish accommodation with rooms furnished with pieces from the likes of Flos HAY and Vitra. Location is ideal to explore the city.

Superb apartment - well equipped for what we needed. We had a sea view room which was lovely. The reception team were really helpful and accommodating.
Only negative for the apartment was it was very warm (28 C inside despite no heating in and all windows and doors wide open - only 19/20 C outside!).
The area was great, lots of coffee shops and restaurants around, and 2 supermarkets nearby. Really close to lots of transport options too. It was very easy to get in from the airport and to get around Copenhagen itself from there. Would definitely recommend the area.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was spacious, clean, and bright. The apartment had a full kitchen, washer dryer, and ironing board, providing a lot of convenience. Although the area still has some construction, it didn't affect us so much as we were out during the day and the noise stopped by the time we got back each evening. The sea view from the balcony was calming, if we ignored the construction sight behind us. It would have been nice to have a fan in the bedroom because it got a bit stuffy on those hot nights when we closed the patio door. But with the door open, there was a refreshing breeze. The hotel is close to supermarkets and restaurants, and a 5minute walk to a subway station, 7min to a rail station, and an easy 15min walk to the ferry terminal. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay at STAY Seaport again.

We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment with sea view.
The apartment was beautiful and it was lovely to wake up to the sunrise over the harbour.
Having 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance was very useful.
Negatives were:
No microwave in apartment
Construction work on all sides was very noisy.

Terrific property. Easy check in. Spacious and well appointed. Great view of water. There is a lot of construction happening in this area as it’s growing. It’s a bit away from City center but it’s a quick train or taxi ride (10 minutes) from the iconic brightly colored buildings/canal. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything for easy living on our Copenhagen trip. It was near three grocery stores and a metro. The neighborhood was very nice.

Lovely property with very high quality interior and white goods (mainly Kitchen Aid!). Area has lots of easy links into city and the hire bikes made for a fun day. Lovely cafes and coffee shops around and outdoor swimming if you are feeling bold.
Would happily return.

Spacious, modern apartment with lots of natural light, excellent facilities for food prep and well stocked local grocery stores in walking distance. Away from CBD but easy access by metro and very quiet. Check in girl was very friendly. Highly recommended accommodation for those who prefer to self-cater.

This is a modern, aoartment block in acool quiet area, near the water, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. The apartment was very smsrt with everything you need and better quality kitchen equipment than I have at home. We were upgraded to three bedroom so meant our kids didnt have to share a room. Plenty of space, only shame was being on the ground floor. The roof terrace is great but needs some work/tidying. Would definitely recommend this accomodation.

It was a very good accomodation, good kitchen, very modern, good terrace (small for 4 persons but nice) good beds and bathroom. A lot is there for a short stay.
2 remarks parking is poorly indicated for travellers from abroad. You need to self register and only limited info is available, it should be mentioned at checkin. The accomodation also gets really hot and there is no AC for people

Great service apartment. A short walk to the subway which takes you into the city centre in 10 mins. Well equipped and large apartment. The only thing I would add is a fan, in case the days get really warm. And full length mirrors needed in the apartment. There isn’t a single one.

Aisha and Elise were very accommodating including the cleaning crew who were able to meet our requests. Great area with posh restaurants and grocery stores and not far from metro with easy access to the touristy crowded areas. Highly recommended for singles as well as families.

I loved that it was by the water! We were able to swim, ok more like jump in and get out of the Baltic Sea at the swimming area about two blocks away.
The place had what we needed for two teenage boys-great kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms and such lovely accommodations.
Service was super! Bikes were fun to rent!
Easy and close to metro station (about 5 block away)

Very nice place with very friendly staff. A sensational view of the harbour and a spacious apartement. We really enjoyed our visit. When we come back to Kopenhagen, we will probably stay at this hotel again.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Will help visitors find or arrange for transportation. Views out of apartment are excellent. Grocery stores located right across the street. Metro is just a short walk from facility. Truly enjoyed our stay at STAY.

The property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and it is clean..The receptionist was very nice..However, there was an incident on the dining room light fixture..The string holding it just snapped and fell off and hit the head of a friend while we were sitting there..The light fixture is quite heavy..It was really fortunate that it did not drop on her head or it could have had a serious consequence..I got pictures of it just in case..

Will surely choose to stay here again. We had a problem about our room when we checked in but it was solved on the spot. Good beds and linens, spacious and bright aparment. Only 5 min from the Metro, two supermarkets across the street and Meny by the Metro station. Restaurants and cafes in the area. This is a building site so if you are looking for sleeping in that might be a problem as work started at 8 am but this didn’t bother us. Up and coming area and I can imagun it is xtra nice during summer.

The STAY Seaport hotel is an excellent property. It had been 5 years since my last visit to Copenhagen and I was very happy to stay in Norhavn, away from the tourists. The local is a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Management is warm, attentive, efficient. Both the single balcony and double apartments were lovely and well appointed. My friend visiting from Finland and I enjoyed cooking a simple dinner on our last night. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again on my next visit.
