It was a great location and a very lovely hotel with great views and facilities. Fantastic to walk and see the beautiful town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and beds were both great. The only downside for us was that it was incredibly noisy and we got very little sleep. It has triple glazing on the windows but even then you are woken by rubbish trucks at 5 am, delivery trucks, big trucks just parked with motors on below your window from 6am and then church bell going every half hour for several minutes. We tried ear plugs but basically we were both very tired from not much sleep after several days. Maybe two nights here would have been better than 4.

Loved our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. Super clean and spacious. Right in centre of Hornfleur, an easy walk to get everywhere with shops and restaurants right outside the door. For info - the apartment is up several flights of quite narrow stairs.

Everything was exactly as we would have expected it to be. Staff were amazing. Thank you for fab few days

We had a wonderful stay. The church view from the room was the best one can have in Honfleur. The service was great. It was a treat to stay here.

Great location in the heard of the city. We are a family of 5 and it was perfect place to stay. The staff was very helpful at check in and out with great dinner recommendations.

This was an excellent Hotel. The staff were so helpful. Such a cute area and easily walkable to all the main tourist destinations. They will provide laundry service for 10Euro/ load, which we found extremely helpful halfway through our trip. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. 5/5 stars.

Lovely hotel right in the centre. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely clean room with huge comfortable bed. Only thing we were on the top floor with small steep staircase with cases and 2 dogs. No hotel parking but we were lucky to get a spot just outside for the night but had to move the car at 8am to a near by free car park. Even with these small inconveniences I would definitely recommend. Great location, staff and comfort. 👍

Gorgeous hotel

Very good value. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, although a little dated, but I guess that is relative when staying in a 1000 year old town. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a good location and a clean and updated hotel worth the money we paid, however, the room was not air conditioned so the windows were required to remain open so there was some street noise during the evening and in the early morning that interupted our sleep. Additionally, there was free parking available but it was about a 5-7min walk from the property.

Room was a little small. Being in the roof low ceiling meant walking around the bed bent over. Some insects were flying around but not a huge problem. Bathroom was nice but again quite small. Over all very comfortable, lovely staff and nice breakfast.

Good stay in Honfleur. Hotel is well located in downtown. Lots of eating options nearby. The hotel seems to be spread over several buildings. We were in the top floor of one section near the spa..the stairs were very narrow and steep and the internet coverage was not good. But, the room was very clean and the bathroom and shower were great.

Room was nice with good amenities. Be prepared if you go during warm times as there is no air conditioning.

A sweet, local hotel, comfortable amenities and nice new ensuite bathrooms. It was quite a hot night so we were glad of the fan as there was no air conditioning. Good sized windows open though which is pleasant. Super desk staff, helpful, friendly and with good English which we appreciated. Overall, a very happy stay and I’d happily return there again.

This hotel DOES NOT have air conditioning. I missed that important detail when I booked. We were placed in a hot 3rd floor room. Had to leave the window open to get air flow. No screens so we were attacked by mosquitos. People smoking in the non smoking hotel so the smoke came in our windows. How this hotel is rated 9.0 is beyond me. Bed had a plastic mattress pad; both of us woke up sweating. Bathroom has no fan and the whole room fills w steam after a shower. Hairdryer can only be operated by constantly squeezing the handle. Can only be used in the bathroom so you’re getting hot and sweaty after the shower. Our room had filthy carpet many stains. Loved Honfleur; can’t recommend this hotel. For what it’s worth, it was in the 70 degrees day 60-65 at night so I cannot imagine how uncomfortable this hotel would be on a genuinely hot day.

Location was good - little noisy but good for area sites and restaurants. Staff was really nice. Shower was a little small and without an overhead shower head.

This was the family's favorite stay during the trip, and that's saying something since we stayed in 2 castles and a four-star in Amsterdam along the way. Service was awesome! We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom for free (think we got a little lucky there). We were able to easily wash all our clothes while we were there. Breakfast was good. Had eggs and sausage in addition to the normal French breakfast staples. Room was immaculate. Everything was very up to date and nice. Perfect location. Little bit of a hike to the parking lot, but it's free!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
