There was an issue with the temperature of the water in the bathtub. The hottest was lukewarm. Someone will need to look at their water heater.

We just completed a month long trip from Oklahoma to Maine and Canada and back. Along the way we stayed at 13 different places. This place was a breath of fresh air. The employees were all so kind and caring, the hotel is spotless, the breakfast was top notch, the room was comfortable, roomy, and quiet and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay great! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you Hampton Inn Emporia!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!

Hands down had the best breakfast of our trip. The beds are on the hard side but in all a great experience! Would stay again for sure. My husband said he wishes they would’ve had cranberry juice but was the best breakfast as well and that was his only negative.

Stayed one night after a fun but hot and dusty day at the Symphony in the Flint Hills. Convenient. Nice. Hint: drive to downtown Emporia and have breakfast at the Eeffoc (coffee spelled backwards) coffee shop and art gallery. While the Hampton Inns do always have a free breakfast, we are coffee snobs and love our upscale boho coffee bistro breakfast places.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, comfortable, helpful and very welcoming without being overbearing. The room was top notch and quiet. The staff couldn't have been nicer from the front desk staff to the wonderful woman who managed the free breakfast. Thanks to all the great people who work there. I wish every hotel I stay in is as good as this one.
