Great experience, very clean, alot of home features that are not offered at many other hotels!

Very clean and comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner were nice, easy location to get to, breakfast was good and plenty of variety. Snacks and drinks in the lobby were extremely overpriced so make sure you grab some at Target nearby before checking in.
Using the app made it super convenient to not only check in, but hand pick your room. Could control lights and temperature directly from the app too. And unlock your room so you don’t have to worry about carrying around a key card.
We didn’t get to use the kitchen, but it was nice and clean as well.

It was a very nice and very clean place. Love having the separate room and sofa bed for our son. My only complaint is after paying such a higher price is that they charged extra for parking and vending machines were very over priced. 7 dollars for a soda is a little much.

Great room and value for all the room amenities. Full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher!
The breakfast on the other hand was not as good as I expected. Stale breads, sour coffee and the overall taste was bland.

The upkeep on the property was not what it should be. The barbecue was not working. The pool was closed. The Internet did not work in our room and the technician wanted to take our TV because it wouldn’t connect however, I do believe that they keep the premises clean it just isn’t maintained, we

Shower floor very slippery. Not enough texture to make it non-skid when wet.
I called for room service in the morning, to have sheets changes and new sets of towels brought to the room. We returned to the room in the evening and nothing had been done.
I called the housekeeping line and was told the housekeepers are gone for the day. The receptionist, did finally find someone to come to our room and he changed the bed and brought us clean towels. I don't think doing these things were part of his job description.
His name was FRANCIS. I give him 5 stars. He is great.

Nice clean place with big rooms, but there's is literally nothing around it. You are in an office park. Again, a fine place to rest your head and the free breakfast was better than most, but that's about it. Good biz hotel, as long as you aren't hungry.

Overpriced for what I was expecting. Beds were uncomfortable, bathtub wasn’t draining, got infested with ants by day 3 because housekeepers didn’t clean room. When I say infested I mean trails coming down from walls top to bottom , climbing on kitchen table, tv stand, and were even in my kids clothes.
I had to call for 15 minutes straight just to get toilet paper sent up to my room, which I ended up needing to go to lobby for.
I think worst of it all was having to put a deposit down TWICE just because it was 2 rooms, so $300 on hold until check out. I expected the parking fees not the $150 extra for deposit when it was one family staying in rooms

Computer issues, could not get room keys at check in, said they would deliver them but got a call saying to come pick them up at the front desk. Mind you, this was not during the time of the Microsoft issue…

The resort was a bit of a trek to great Americas however was only a 45 minute walk in the mornings.
Close to target and a number of dining options, as well as right next to the highway which made ubers a fast option as well. We waited until 7pm to check in for one of our three rooms when we landed early and had requested an early check in. They don’t have a bell service to hold luggage however did hold all of of suitcases which lightened our loads significantly.
Their amenities were one of our favourites with the games room, pool area and outdoor seating and bbq. Our family was there for 4 days and beyond the situation with check in it was perfect.

The room is great and clean, the only issue is we areived one hour adter the check in time, and the room wasn't ready, we have to wait, but we were on a rush so wait delayed our plans, the rest was perfect!

Was woken up around 1am with people being loud outside and couldn’t fall back asleep. Cakes the lobby and still being loud. Was woken up by people on another floor. House keeping twice came into the room with only knocking and not announcing themselves twice.

We spent a week there and had a great time. Pool was clean, breakfast was always great and the staff was very friendly. The pool table and ping pong were a fun addition as well

Overall our experience was good but they have an event room and when we checked in and went to the pool, there was a party happening right by the pool. People who weren’t even guests of the hotel were throwing a baby shower. Guys on the microphone singing and little kids throwing balloons and trash into the pool area. That was pretty obnoxious but once they left the hotel was peaceful. The room could have been cleaner as well.

The staff is extremely helpful. My room definitely needed some tending too. I came to the door stopper being sunk in the wall, in multiple places and AC didn't work for some time. But the staff was extremely helpful and definitely saw all their efforts. I would definitely stay here again, but considering I'm a Hilton honors member - I would have just preferred a room with no damages and working AC. They did work to get it fixed though.

Spacious, new, and clean. Very nice and good value. Only negatives were: 1. Road noise from nearby highway with no sound wall, 2. Unexpected parking permit fee, 3. One of the two TVs had an odd offset from the selected channel, and 4. Bed frame leg rocked when shifting weight.
