The hotel is nice, and very spacious. Stayed a triple bedroom we each had our own bed which was great. The only thing was the shower not used to it, made a mess trying to figure out .

Very close to the exhibition center where we attend. nice clean spacious room with confiy Bed which was great help for my back pain. buffet breakfast was so enjoyable, breakfast with little sweets ? why not ! We were so impressed Japanese hospitality.

Lovely experience with Quintessa hotel Osaka Bay. The size of the room greatly surpassed expectations, it was more like a large apartment/suite. Room was immaculately clean. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful too. Front desk and also cleaners, were so thoughtful. The views are spectacular, but I have to say the place is a bit remote. There are some nice restaurants and a mall called ATC about 5 minutes walk away. If you want a nice place to relax and don't mind walking to the subway etc, this place is perfect for you. The area is newly developed and the room/hotel is like new. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come again!

The room is really clean and spacious, so really loved it. Eco room cleaning system is also comfortable for me. I did not have breakfast, but next time if I have time in the morning, I want to have a breakfast. There is not many restaurants and convenience store nearby.

Room is spacy, clean & quiet. Ame!ities r not enough, but we can use those of neighbouring hotel, Hyatt.

First thing I notice is that nearly no one here hardly speaks any English. Check in was done with minimal talking and when I finally ask about the shuttle bus service that was mentioned in their website, the other guy at the reception simply answered “no shuttle bus service whole day sorry”. I was quite surprised they did not offer any alternatives or suggestions. As I entered my room, is was really warm at 26C, but there was no way to turn off the heater. There’s also no bottled water offered in the room and seems there’s no water machine on the room floor too. Considering how remote this hotel is, you should bring your own water. Overall experience is poor, the staff is very rude to non-local and some even turned away when you want to approach them.

The front desk staff was rude he gave me a very prejudiced look.

Good room, medium service

Parking on site is NOT free, you can park at another hotel for free-however I am pregnant and couldn’t be without our car. The free shuttle stopped at other hotels, and so you only showed up barely at the opening of Universal. You had to walk at least a mile uphill to get the park from where the shuttle dropped you off. Every time the shuttle stopped at a red light, he would play on his phone. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

The buffet breakfast was good! Is close the exhibition hall and I highly recommended if you need to visit those halls because is just opposite to the hotel!

Close to Intex Osaka. Convenient with a shuttle bus between the hotel and JR Osaka station

The hotel location is great. The car parking is FREE which is important because we have a rental car. The room is larger than expected and very comfortable. They even have coin laundry on every floor which is very convenient.

The room is very big and spacious. Since it is japan, i thought the room will be small but it is really big. The bed is on the hard side and not very comfortable.
