We highly recommend this property! We were in town to pick up our kiddo from college and we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!! It was so clean, convenient, and just so comfortable too! Hats off to this staff and the property!

Only reason I booked the room was for my 5 year old daughter to swim in the pool. Upon arriving we were informed that the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. Also informed that the pool has been closed for two years. Hotels.com should update their information.

It was a simple overnight. Check in was fast and easy. Great front desk welcome and customer service both checking in and checking out.
Only thing is when asked fir a receipt she quickly handed me one which was waiting in a pile (shocked). I didnt review it till i was doing my expense report and it did not show paid. It was not a receipt showing it was pd.... it showed i had a full balance. That is not a receiot if my stay...

Wasn’t terrible although we were very sad to learn that the pool was closed and apparently had been so for some time. That would’ve been nice to know when booking on hotels.com or to have the hotel reach out too. The entire reason we stayed there was for the pool while at a wedding. Front desk folks were great and room was fine. Lots of weddings going on and yet it was pretty quiet where we were. One really rude staff person, not sure who but when my husband asked if there was a tray or someway to carry all the things he was bringing upstairs for our family to eat he was told simply ‘no, just seemed curt. Everyone is busy but a little help and kindness would’ve been appreciated. Was super rude way to end the stay. Housekeeping staff were excellent although we laughed at the obstacle course of carts in the hallway as people are trying to checkout and leave! The Panera nearby is a nice option but be prepared for slow slow service (don’t use the kiosk ordering system, it seems to just confuse things there and will slow the whole process down). All in all it was fine, not really worth the money but easy to find and stay there for two nights. Probably would find somewhere else next time we’re in town to visit family but wasn’t terrible.

reserved (and paid for) a king suite but were given a regular room with 2 double beds and told that they oversold and there's nothing they could do. will be looking into getting a refund!

My sibling and I booked your hotel, because of its proximity to where we going. We were looking forward to using the pool, which was not working and we were not notified prior to our visit. We also booked a room with a pull out sofa, and when we pulled it open it was unusable. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, there was no way anyone in our party could have slept on it. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of your hotel and the staff was very pleasant.

Great new building, clean and simple room designs. Was easy to get on and off the highway and restaurant next door open late. Pool was not open so that took away from why i booked but over all good place to call home. Also breakfast was awesome.

I was very happy with my stay. The only thing I would add is a handicap bar beside the toilet. I am 71 years old and your toilets are rather low so it was a bit of a struggle to lift myself off the commode. Other than that, all was perfect and a very enjoyable stay. I will be back. Thank You!

This is by far the highest quality hotel with the most reasonable price I stayed in during my 2 week vacation in New England. It’s why I saved it and booked it in advance this time! Breakfast area was clean, well-stocked and actively taken care of by staff, the room was clean and smelled pleasant, beds were super comfy, the room fan was not clunky but gave a pleasant white noise at night. I stayed in a two queens room and it was spacious! Would definitely stay again. Parking is also convenient and well-lit, and there is a Panera at the end of the parking lot.

Bummed the pool was out of service for maintenance. They did odfer free cancellation because of it but we stayed. The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. All staff we encountered were very nice.

We were disappointed that the pool was not in operation because that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was also a strong smell of chlorine in our room and our coffee machine was broken.

Pool was closed and traveling with 3 expectant children. We were not notified. Dirty sheets on sofa bed. BR fan not working. No working ports to charge phone. Had to wait for breakfast because food ran out, but full breakfast with lots of options.
