Very nice suite w kitchen. Perfect. All clean and comfortable w great ac. We did not have enough towels but were immediately brought more. The beds were great, quiet hallway, friendly staff. Breakfast was better than most breakfast included stays at other hotels, good pool.

We were there for a Texas State game, we checked in on limited time. As soon as we check in, we walked in the room it was unacceptable. There were carpet stains everywhere, the beds were horribly made. My biggest issue was a TV was not working and I have a two year-old and a nine-year-old, There was stains on the wall. The sink was clogged up. I paid $200 for one night definitely not worth it will not be returning to this hotel ever again.

These rooms are huge and the breakfast was good with eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. Saved us some money as we didn't have to eat out for breakfast. The exercise room is great however the pool was just mid. Close to the outlet malls and restaurants.

When arriving at check-in or room wasn't ready and staff was literally scrambling to go assess other matters. No instruction on times for breakfast, wifi access or amenities were given. Breakfast was a show as food ran out and people were looking for silverware. Plastic ware was eventually placed out. Even my teenage son commented that we should probably consider going out to eat the following day. We didn't have enough towels, rooms were not turned over, and then our keys got inactivated after a long day out and dinner in hand. It took the better part of 20min to get attended, as there was only 1 staff member, to get my issue resolved. Needless to say our dinner was no longer fresh and hot but soggy and room temp. One elevator wasn't working. We were on the 3rd floor and it was quicker to take the stairs.

We arrived Friday night and had trouble opening the door. Key worked but didn’t realize until we got help from the front desk that you open the door handle up instead of down. After getting settled in the room I realized how dirty the room was. Found someone’s contacts and chips on the floor. So they didn’t vacuum right. The bathroom was not cleaned right. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton hotel. I have stayed in many and typically are clean.
As far as customer service, one person at the front is not helpful especially when people are waiting in line because she had to do it all. She deserves a raise because she didn’t it with a smile on her face. Because of her customer service I didn’t complain at the hotel about the cleanliness as I just stayed for one night.
Did not see any vending machines like hotel stated. Also TV service bad.

Customer service and breakfast were good. My only issue was the microwave was not working. I have a baby and need it to heat up food with no luck. I let the front desk know about it, they said they were going to check on it but there was nothing done about it. Everything else was good.

Terrible. We were traveling and arrived overnight. Front entrance was locked and no one was at the front desk to let us in. After ringing the intercom several times and waiting out front, another guest opened the door. There was another guest at the front desk waiting to speak to someone. The front trash cans were overflowing and there was trash in several places on the way up to our room. There were kids running in hallways past midnight. The small sofa where my young boys slept was filthy with stains on the armrests and all the cushions. The bedding was clean but thankfully we brought our own blankets for them. My husband took a quick shower and the tub didn’t want to drain, and 3 of us still needed to shower. He called the front desk about the issue and they said there wouldn’t be a maintenance person in until Monday. We asked to switch rooms but they told us they were unable and were sorry about the shower issue. My husband spent half an hour working on the drain. He wanted to watch the news in the morning & there was no tv remote to the bedroom tv. There were only two towels for a room occupancy of four. We called the front desk several times for towels with no answer. We finally got a call back and were told they all the towels were dirty and needed to be washed. Our kids had to share our towels and we ended up missing breakfast. We were told because we booked through a third party there was nothing they could do.

The room wasn't very clean when we checked in. Sticky appliances and floor, etc. The side entry door worked sometimes and only 1 elevator was working. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was amazing. Not just helping us, but his interaction with other guests was above and beyond friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a good space. There is a ceiling fan above the bed which is amazing.

Only negative remarks is the bed pillows are very flimsy and uncomfortable... Not firm enough and only 3 pillows a bed... Otherwise, the entire Stay was fun and delightful for all of us! Mackenzie, our front desk host was very professional and very friendly amazing to our needs! She assisted Me and my party for all of our concerns to ease. Will definitely come back soon!

Unfortunately, this hotel doesnt live up to the Hilton name or expectations. We had to switch rooms 4 times, due to A/C not working, black mold in barhroom, wet spots in carpet, dirty room, and not the same suite we paid for. Not mention. The General Manager is very rude, she wouldnt let me finish a sentence without interuption and and 1 point told me to just go stay somewhere else, instead of making things right.
