Hotel check in was quick and easy. Room was reasonable size. Bathroom was relatively clean although some visible mould and limescale in shower. Soundproof rooms apart from having window open then some loud glass recycling around 6.30am. Front desk staff friendly although very understaffed on a Saturday evening, seemed unfair to only have one gentleman checking guests in and also serving a busy bar also. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. We stayed for 4 nights and although had a DND sign on the door the first morning to allow for a lie in, we took it off and didn't get clean towels or bed made up which was disappointing. Overall decent experience and good value for money. Quick and easy to get into centre of Freiburg either walking or tram.

They advertise that they have a restaurant. They do not, they have snacks. I only booked because of the restaurant. Staff was very accommodating which made the stay nice.

We had an issue during the breakfast. They said they offer gluten free bread but it turned out that when we went to the cantine they ran out of it. It seems that other guests which don’t have this special needs where taking gluten-free bread, without any wrong intent, because there weren’t any bread left at some point. This can be a little bit annoying when a person with gluten intolerant needs it. Next time we will warn to the staff to at least reserve part of it. Regarding the stay, everything was perfect.

Room was passable. However, the pillows were very soft and not comfortable. The carpet in the room and corridor was heavily stained. The shower tray was a questionable brown colour (needs a bleach). Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average but plentiful. The area was rather noisy, but that’s to be expected in a city hotel. Car parking was simple but very expensive. We spent 2 nights here, and would possibly stay again because the price was decent.

Very new and excellent facilities. Out of town but walkable and excellent public transport links. Friendly English speaking staff.

Everythung from the check in, room, beds, customer service, and breakfast were all top notch. The location was near a tram stop too.

Stayed here on our way south through Europe. Very easy to reach by car and convenient with the parking garage just under the hotel. Room was nice and quiet with comfortable beds. Breakfast was really good, had everything you could wish for. The hotel is situated a bit far from the city centre so you will need to take the tram into town. As long as you are aware of this you should be happy with what it has to offer.

Stayed with colleagues for a 3 night business trip. Hotel rooms were comfortable, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful with our requirements for information and organising taxis.

The room was very modern and spacious. The bathroom was really nice and the toiletries were excellent and provided in pump containers, so they are both eco-friendly and in ample supply. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. We had two floor to ceiling windows that opened from the top to let in fresh air. The windows made the room completely sound proof from outside noise. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful as well. The breakfast included was fantastic with lots of hot and cold options, great coffee and long hours of operation. The location is close to the tram lines and close to grocery stores, gas station and restaurants. It was also easy to get food delivery services to the hotel.
