Have stayed there for about a month. Really recommend it! The room is big and has almost everything I need. The front desk is really nice and friendly. Also, the breakfast is good.

Comfy bed, large clean room. Pool is decent. Average breakfast. Only one of the elevators was working, and i felt they were understaffed. However, we enjoyed the location and would stay again.

Ok place to stay. Clean and comfortable however traveling with kids and the pool out of service the entire time was a bummer. Elevator was sooo slow and only 1 worked the entire time. On the weekend the breakfast was not restocked based on number of guests. Completely empty at times of hot items and no dishes for cold items.

The pool was out of service for our entire stay, otherwise we were satisfied with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough for my wife’s standards. A lot of good food options around the area. It came in handy having a kitchen with a big refrigerator for our leftovers.

Booked one of the studio suites and loved how spacious the room was, and appreciated the kitchenette as I was traveling with family (including a newborn). Hotel was clean and located in a nice area, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast options were great - just wished the hot options were labeled better because I accidentally grabbed what I thought to be just an egg and veggie omelette, actually had ham in it (can't have pork). Staff was nice and helped point out the non pork options (chicken and turkey sausage options were available).

When we got there the room we reserved was not what we were given. So as a result my one son had to sleep on the floor. They did offer to find us another hotel but since it was dinner time already and were only staying for one night we made do. There were no towels in the pool area. They did not make good on the plaque on the wall that said if you weren't completely satisfied they would refund your stay. When I went to check out in the morning I had to find the attendant and wake her up to check out. The complimentary coffee was either empty or cold.

This hotel was not only very clean and had friendly staff, but it’s in a nice neighborhood where everything is nearby! The only thing I wish they had was better breakfast, but it’s because I am lactose intolerant so a lot of the things I could not eat. Otherwise our stay was very nice and I would recommend this for families with little ones!

We really like Home 2 hotels. They are roomy and affordable. This particular hotel however wasn’t as clean as we would like. The fridge although appearing clean, smelled like rotten meat and there was stains on the carpet. The extra bedding in the room was also iffy. The staff was great and the location was convenient(right off the highway, plenty of food/drink options and shopping nearby). Overall, a decent stay but housekeeping could have been better.

Our stay was nice. I had no complaints. Everything was clean and was quiet. My children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. Near a lot of shopping and food. Would stay again.

The property itself was very nice. Ample parking and a safe environment. The breakfast was amazing!!! A lot of choices.

The room was large and accommodated 4 adults comfortably. The bathroom however was not very clean and we needed to ask for additional towels and other amenities for the bathroom (kleenex, toilet tissue). We were taken care of very quickly and we appreciated that.

I arrived around 3:30 PM and the reception area was quiet. Checking in was no problem except that the woman at the desk didn't smile until the end of the transition. I found my room to be clean, but not the one I was expecting. I checked in with the reception desk again to ask about the difference. I was told that the listings online with booking companies have the suites and studios mixed up and the hotel has not been successful in getting the mix up solved. But she went ahead and "upgraded" me to the room I expected.
The room was clean. It was a bit chilly and the thermostat didn't seem to know if it wanted to blow hot or cold air.
Breakfast is included with the stay, but we opted to bring our own food and eat in our kitchenette.

We’re a group of 5 women who stayed one night visiting the Menomonie Fall’s WI area. We were disappointed the pool was closed, but it couldn’t be helped. The breakfast in the morning was very good and offered many items. The area to enjoy your breakfast was comfortable and they had a rock fireplace going early in the morning out on the patio and it made for a cozy February morning environment. The room was comfortable and spacious and checking in and out was a breeze. The staff were all very nice.
