Only place was good(

ATTENTION They use a strange scheme with a physical card, and then do not return the money. On 12/24/2023 we have not received a refund after canceling a transaction. Strangely Apple Pay did not work on the terminal, so we could not pay for the previously booked room, the hotel requested a physical card, but I never had one and apple pay did not work. The hotel canceled the reservation with me and made a refund, but the money never came. This sounds very much like a disgusting fraud scheme.

The rooms were really clean, place is conveniently located near public transport, amazing staff, they were very responsive. It's a great place to stay if you have a family. I absolutely loved it.

The kitchen was not quite equipped if you intend to prepare your own meals. There were 2 soucepans and 1 frying pan. We requested for an additional pan and they gave us a frying pan.

The staff in reception wont want to give us a late checkout even tho we wanna pay for it said no more room, but rather want us to book for another night, after explaining our plan got changed for the day,

The place is nearby on metro, mall, restaurants and groceries. The staff was all friendly and very helpful. Most of them. The filipina lady in reception The both concierge in the evening and morning. Also, the two indian in fo who checked in us. Thank you guys. We will come back again for sure because of your great hospitality 🥰🙏 keep it up And see yah soonest😅
