Remarkable service and location.

We splurged on the nicest suite, and were not disappointed. The room, the view, and the location were superb. Alexis at the front desk was incredibly helpful for every question and even managed to score us a reservation at sunset at one of the best locations on the island. Highly recommend!

From arrival to departure to/from Secret Legends Suites, I felt well taken care of by all the staff. Everyone is inviting and attentive at all time. The atmosphere is amazing, the room was more than I imagined, and the location is ideal. Your footsteps away from the main strip in OIa.

Great view with outdoor dining space and jacuzzi, you can see sunrise and sunset in your room. The hotel is at the heart of Oia, a quick walk to the bus stop, other restaurants and attractions. The staff are friendly and they bring free breakfast to you everyday with great selection. The private shuttle is too expensive, you can get a taxi with half the price.

Top location in Oia- Santorini! We accepted airport transport and private escort to the hotel. It was worth it. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. This had to have been the best view as many people were stopping to take photos by the hotel’s entrance. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was okay for the conveniences. The waiter was very attentive with bringing us more champagne & catering to our every need. Thank you for a great experience & happy we got to use Expedia for this stay!

Location is beautiful! Unfortunately, you have to contend with the cruise ship crowds on a daily basis.

The staff here is what stood out to us most. They were so helpful and treated us like family. We will never forget this, especially since we were going through a rough time. The staff, especially Henna, went out of her way to help us out when we needed it. Next time I come to Greece, I’ll definitely be staying here again. A warm and welcome staff will always bring customers back. We had an incredible experience with this beautiful property and staff. The property is in the center of all the shopping and dining areas. You will also get phenomenal and unparalleled views. Highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We love the hotel and island. The views are incredible. The hotel is in the middle of Fira’s busiest area but somehow feels secluded. I highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the resort several hours before our check in after our flight arrived early and it took less time to get bags/travel from the airport than we planned. The staff at the front was able to check us in early with ease, provided us a tour of the hotel/our room then dropped off a complimentary bottle of wine and dried fruit platter. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to everything in Oia and the front desk can schedule a transfer to travel to other parts of the island if needed. After checking in, the staff immediately asked if we needed them to call to make any reservations and offered recommendations of things to do on the island. We had already made reservation in advance so the front desk staff called the restaurants to confirm they were still in place. The hotel provides a sheet each day of different full breakfast options (eggs benedict, spinach pie, croissant, pancakes, etc.) to select from and serves it to you on the balcony the following morning with beautiful views of the caldera. My fiancee and I got engaged while in Santorini and the Santorini Secret Suites/Santorini Secret Legends made it an unforgettable experience.

The rooms really are beautiful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The reception was very welcoming and I loved that I got ample bottles of water every day since it was so hot. The bed was very comfy and the smart tv was great. You really couldn't pick a better location right in the heart of Oia on the cliffside below the famous church square. Great Wifi For the amount you are paying, I would have expected the condition of the jacuzzi to be a little better. It needs a little attention. Also I was surprised to find that there was no provisions to iron your clothes, even budget hotels provide an iron in their rooms.

Excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel staff called me the day before I checked in to ask if I needed any help getting to the hotel which I greatly appreciated. They also offered to meet us once we were in town so that they could help us with our luggage. Location is very good! Breakfast in the room is a definite plus. The views are amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The views are stunning and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served on your unit's terrace so there's really no common area but with these views, it's perfect. We had a big room with separate beds which was a plus and the bathroom was huge.

The best things about this hotel is its location and the view of The Caldera. The rooms are spacious and bright and the bed was comfortable.What is not so good is the cost cutting and the lack of appreciation of you as a guest. We were here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we got a compliments slip on the morning of our anniversary with our breakfast wishing us a happy one. That was it, nothing more. The water they provide is the cheap stuff you buy in the shops for .50c and you are given 2 small bottles per day. The maid service is only provided at certain times of the day and on one of our days we had to ask for our room to be made up. Evening turn down is between 6 and 8pm when most people like to relax. The coffee is provided via a pod machine and you are allocated 4 pods per day. Please remember this is a 5 star hotel. They offer nothing apart from clean rooms where you have the perfect view of the caldera
