Super nice!

Very comfortable, clean, good breakfast and location!

Great room and good breakfast items but the coffee was absolutely terrible. Worst coffee I’ve ever seen or drank. It was very very watery and light like drinking dirty diluted water. Coffee was made in a pot which reminded me of the 1970’s. Absolutely horrendous tasting coffee. They need to get a coffee machine with coffee options asap like all other hotels I’ve stayed in my entire life. I would have rated this hotel better if they had better coffee. It tasted absolutely awful.

Absolutely worth choosing as a hotel destination. It Iives up to the hype and the reviews. It’s stunning, spacey and feels just like an apartment. The staff is nice and helpful too. It’s also fairly close to the old town (just one bus away), beach is within a walkable distance.

Very pleasant family stay (2+2) at the one suite hotel. We had the two bedroom suite and have nothing to complain for. A light sleeper might be bothered by the noise of traffic but we weren’t. Breakfast is good, hotel restaurant is great. Pool is smallish but nice. Service was simply fantastic. Beach is near. Wholehearted recommendation!

Where to start first? If we could give the hotel 10 stars we would! From the response we got when asking about an early morning transport to the airport, to the easy checkin and friendliness of the staff… all was excellent!!! I had several messages confirming requests and offering to have breakfast ready at 4:30 am before our driver, they arranged picked us up at 5 am! When the driver was early, they told us not to rush eating, they would wait. And then the room… WOW! So modern and huge, even for a suite. I wish we had stayed more than one night to enjoy it. Each of the 19 “apartments” as the bartender told us, are different. Each designed by a different Croatian artist. There’s even a book in each room with images from the rooms. I can’t express how amazing this stay was, and the Old Fashioned they made me at the bar was perfect. And finally, as soon as we left, the manager sent us a message to make sure we were happy with everything. What a great place!

Very nice rooms.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Croatia! A very solid hotel from the moment you walked in. Sara at reception is so helpful and friendly, everyone in the hotel trying to provide the best experience for the hotel guest. The two bedroom apartment is super clean, functional and love the modern design. 2.5 bathroom is definitely great with groups and friends. Lots of storage and space in the living room and kitchen. The breakfast is delicious and quality is very good. Way better than the big chain hotels!! A solid 10/10 hotel. The location is walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from, the best grilled meats I had was across the street from the hotel! Must try!

The apartment hotel had a 24hr reception and they were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning of room was immaculate and the facilities - kitchen, separate sleeping area, two toilets, dining area, desk was perfect for our family! Breakfast was healthy and good it used local ingredients. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Modern hotel with amazing studio apartment rooms. Its a little out of the old town, but an uber is easy to get and costs between €12 - 15 per trip. There is a stoney beach a 10 minute walk away with wonderful views and a couple of nice restaurants. The people at reception were so friendly and helped me with recommendations on where to go. Breakfast was extremely good and although I didn't try myself, the cab drivers all commented that they have the best pizza in town! All in all an amazing visit and would stay again.

The suite that we stayed in was a great design and would have been perfect for a longer stay!

Beautiful hotel. Expedia upgraded us to a suite- it was more like an apartment- 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a living room. Lots of local restaurants within walking distance and a mall across the street. Very nice breakfast.

We had a lovely week at the One Suite Hotel. It is a very modern and comfortable place to stay and the staff are extremely keen to please. We found the head receptionist Katarina particularly helpful. She provided us with travel tips and suggested day trips we could take advantage of.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nice. The pizza in the restaurant is delicious. Breakfast was tasty. Lots of space. The rooftop pool is cool. Areas for improvement: heavier weights in the gym [heaviest weight was 10 kg], dish soap in the rooms (housekeeping, actually came in and clean the dishes daily)

Our stay was very good and our family enjoyed at the One Suite hotel very much! The hotel is modern and clean. One bedroom was spacious and amazing, worked well for us. Air conditioning was a bit noisy. The view was was to the garden. Breakfast was good quality and preferred the local products. Coffee automatic would work maybe better. Pool area was great. The staff was always friendly. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Very affordable and accessible to Old Town via via and Uber. The facility was very clean, service excellent/helpful but best of all the breakfast was outstanding.

The location of the hotel is about a 15 minute bus ride from Dubrovnik Old Town. We traveled by rental car, so it was rather quiet and close to Zavodubrovnik beach, so it was nice to go swimming. The rooms were clean and the staff at the counter were very friendly. There was plenty of parking, which was convenient, but you have to pay extra for parking. It was a very satisfying three days and four nights.

From stepping out of the taxi to leaving 4 days later the service, room, food and staff was nothing but five stars throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and tastefully decorated with cavernous wardrobe space for 3 adults, one who brings 3-4 options a day, and we still didn’t fill it. Bathroom and extra separate toilet were spotless, fluffy BIG towels and robes, kitchenette also supplied all that was needed, including big cups! Our 26 y.o. wanted to take up permanent residency! The staff were all attentive, very friendly and prompt with delivering service whether it be a housekeeping request or room service. Special thanks go to the young male waiter, I didn’t get his name, although they all wear name badges, his smile and menu advice were fantastic. The star, Katarina at reception, was always informative with any request, delivered with a constant smile and extra tips. Katarina made our stay 110% unforgettable. We would stay here on any return to Dubrovnik and highly recommend!

One Suite Hotel is a must stay! The staff was friendly, extremely helpful and made sure I had a pleasant stay. The suite itself also had all the amenities needed and was both clean and modern. The hotel is also located near a bus station and not too far from a ferry you can take to Dubrovnik (old town). The breakfast was also very delicious and they had a lot of options to choose from. I particularly liked that all the ingredients they use are local. I will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay at One Suite Hotel will be a memorable one! This boutique hotel was conveniently located, one bus stop away from old town Dubrovnik. Walking distance to the port for many boat tours. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every thing needed during our stay! I will not soon forget Vanja and Stipe who are the loveliest people, offered incredible dining and tour recommendations and made sure we were well looked after.
