One kitchen self in the closet was poorely attached and felt down through the closet door to the floor with all the plates hurting also my leg. Reception couldn’t organize cleaning for the same day and didn’t offer any help. They didn’t have any first aid kit either. Janitor came the next afternoon to fix the self and said it’s a common problem. Luckily no kids were near by.

Nice appartment, everything worked well. I bit small compared to expectations. Our appartment didn't have a balkony (most had). Overall experience was good, nothing to complain. Worked well for our skiing trip.

Great location, but what we didn’t know was that there is a bowling hall located right beneath the property - loud noises from the machinery could be heard all through the afternoon until 11pm. The reception did not apologize for this, and as a solution only suggested that we move to another building with upgraded apartments for an extra fee (no similar apartments were available, but it would have been nice to have the inconvenience compensated for somehow). Not likely to stay again.

The location is very convenient right by the slopes and tracks. Restaurants and shops are right outside your door too. The apartment is very adequate, some wear and tear, sauna is a nice plus. I was in B apartments and you do hear the noise from the bowling alley a fair amount! At the moment, because of corona restrictions, they shut at 10pm but if it was open normally I might not stay here. Otherwise I had an enjoyable stay!

Small apartment but everything needed there and great location!

Small details, tv was almost faaling down from wall, the hooks for jackets where falling down, blinds on the window were broken and it was not possible to lift them up completely. We requested to get them up for several times, nothing happened even it was promised (small thing, just to open the window and lift them up). We also offerrd to do it if we get the tool to open the window. Small things, but left a bit feeling that they dont care. For the rest, it was nice stay, good location, clean. Room was small, but enough. Sauna was great.

All quite ok. Kitchen a bit worn out and heat disappeared from the sauna too quick, but still ok.

Definitly one of the better hotels (apartment) i've been to! Up to date modern look, clean (even the sauna was flawless), it has a kitchen with dishwasher, the balcony was great, sauna was very good (electric, but could do up to 110°c). All in all the apartment looks like the pictures but feels bigger. Maria at the reception went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect stay. She helped out with directions, she made a new keycard the minute i managed to lock myself outside, and when i said it was a bit hot inside (we had 28°c outside at the time) she apologized for the lack of A/C and brought a fan to my door right away. Everything from booking, to check-in, to check-out was smooth.

Levi Gold was such a unique place to stay! It is right in the heart of Levi and steps away from one of the main ski slopes and all of the restaurants and bars so you can explore easily. Being an apartment-style room with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom w/ sauna, it gives you all of the amenities and options you need to enjoy your stay. It had such a cozy feel and the outdoor balcony let you enjoy watching skiers go down the slopes and watch the people walk by. It is a perfect place to stay for as many days as you need. Highly recommend!

Great location extremely close to the ski lifts and to Levi center. Very clean and nice private sauna facility. Staff at reception was very helpful. Would have preferred an actual double bed insteafof 2 singles.

We checked in early and the receptionist made an effort to arrange us checking in. She also show us the room map to ensure we are fine with her arrangement.

Simple, functional, clean & central. I couldn’t ask for more, it was located at the bottom of the piste & was central for all the restaurants so will def book again.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated us for early check in. We requested for around 12 pm check in but got checked in around 2:30 pm which we believe was fair enough considering the situation. We stayed there for two days (7th, 8th Dec,2017) and it was nice and comfortable. We planned to leave early at 6 am and we checked from the reception about the process and they told us to drop of the key cards and garage opener in the drop box. Unfortunately the only one lift they have at hotel stopped working in the evening. In the morning around 6am when we walk down the stairs with our luggage from the 3rd floor we landed outside at the rear of the hotel. Luckily I was with my young sons and they managed to carry the suitcases in the snow to the front of the hotel. The front door was also locked and didn't open from inside either after my wife tried it from inside. I had to walk down the garage ramp to open the garage with remote and drove my car to the front to load the stuff. The front door also didn't open so my wife also had to walk around from the rear of the hotel with hand bags in the snow. The whole process of getting out with lots of luggage and with lift not working no straight access to garage and with front and side doors locked it was a horrible experience of checking out early morning with no one around to guide or support. It delayed us for over 45mins and was very upsetting.
