The hosts were very warm people, the stay was good for this price. Also the breakfast was very delicious. I recommend.

We booked and paid the Two Level Apartment for the family of 4. The Two Level set up seemed like a very good solution for a family with kids. When we arrived around 15:00 PM the room was not ready. Host promised to prepare the room and we went to the town. When we arrived around 22:00 PM with tired children, the host showed our room. It was not what we booked and what was shown on the pictures. It was a conference room with a big round table, rearranged for sleeping with portable beds, no two level setup. We were not satisfied with this option and required the room what we booked and paid for. Turned out the host had overbooked the Guesthouse and given our room to some other guests. The host did apologize for giving away our room or offered to reduced the price for booking. It was very dishonest to give away the room that people had booked and paid for! We firmly believed this is not right and demanded originally booked room. The host was very rude with us that we did not agreed to sleep in a conference room and demanded the room we booked. After a lot of negotiations the host rearranged the guests and about 12:00 PM we were finally able to get the room we booked. This incident ruined our vacation day in Palanga.
