The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). The 2 rooms on the middle floor have sinks, which reduces the load on the 2 bathrooms. Some of the rooms overlook the street, which is cool, but be prepared for road noise at night, so bring earplugs. If you visit when it's hot outside, there isn't any AC, so you'll need to keep the windows open at night to cool down (and deal with the road noise).

This property does not look like what is in the pictures. The hotel is also not close to a 3-star level in terms of cleanliness. I went there with my family and we left after one night, foregoing the 2nd night and paying to stay at another location.

Absolutely no storage place for the luggage, no toiletries in the bathroom; bathroom sink faucet was broken, shower faucet was barely there. There was no mirror except for the small one on the bathroom sink. The location is very noisy as most of the restaurants having tables on the street were open till late night. Since there is no air conditioning, there is no way one can sleep with the windows closed. Overall a bad experience. We have to think twice now before booking anything through Hotels.com.

The apartment itself was around the corner with a secure entrance, up 3 flights of stairs. Beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean. The shower facilities were not ideal, as the water sprayed directly onto the curtain and regardless of how we tried to change the angle of the showerhead, it ended up making a mess on the floor. The drain was slow, so it meant that we had to significantly shorten our showers and wait 5-10 minutes between each one to not overflow. The location was superb, as we were a 5 minute walk from the train station, and directly off the main strip of Interlaken Ost. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a small grocery store.

The workers are very friendly and very helpful but the area is full of restaurants and I smell the cooking every where even in my room.

The apartment is relatively spacious with 4 single beds. The bathroom is quite small and outdated. Cleanliness is subpar. The shower stall was moldy. There was no bed sheets and the mattress had stains on it. The pillows were all different sizes, shapes, and types. The towels have seen its days plus they were yellow color. The location is good, only 5 min walk from the train station.
