Nice hotel

Service of this hotel is perfect. So far, I stayed many hotels, however Monarque hotel is the best hotel about sevice and kindness of staffs. Price is very reasonable, but we can always be welcomed by charming staffs and very delicious afternoon tea and breakfast which we can recieve for free. I have to say thank youvery much to Stephany and Misa. Next time also I use Monaque hotel. Thank you for many many hapiness!!

Excellent service!! Excellent free afternoon tea!! I stayed with my family six days. We enjoyed a lot. We love to visit again.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was very helpfull and kind. Very nice placement. Close to a small supermarket and very near the amazing beach. The breakfast was great and also had alot of different choices. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and we were given 1 free dinner, 1 free spa, free taxi to airport and a king size room the last 3 days. We were very happy with that. The only negative we can think of was the lack of information about what was served for the free dinner.

Our room was a mixed bag. Plenty of room but floor had not been swept and had dirt that got into our socks and feet. Second and most important the shower is poorly designed, the water does not properly drain into the tube and down the pipe. Instead it flows around the sides and onto the floor. This creates a wet mess on floor. Overall the place looks worn and needs remodel. Both room and workout facility needs help. Lobby was good. Food was a high point. Excellent food and dining facility.

Its a nice, very neat n pretty property managed by hardworking, smiling n ever helpful staff. The Guest Relations executives keep checking with you if everything is all right - Erika was every so forthcoming n helpful. Commend d management to keep the staff so motivated. The afternoon tea is set in d pretty bar on d roof next to d pool - rec everyone to try it atleast once. Breakfast speard is good with Shushi too n room service is also nice. They have a SPA, but i did not get a chance to use it. Area around d hotel is neat n walkable, with a nice beach across d road. The staff arranges cabs n Grab drops to d airport too... Loved the hotel n shall be back one day. Thank you for a lovely stay... Cheers.

This hotel was wonderful and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was great. We used them to book a trip to My Son and it was great. Highly recommend

It was amazing service, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were a super team. Breakfast and afternoon were yummy, with many different choices. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely coming back.

Where do we start? This is one of the most amazing hotels we have ever been to! The property is gorgeous with a luxurious aesthetic and it’s conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. The staff members were so hospitable, warm and friendly. Erica and Anita were extremely helpful and attended to all of our needs. The food was delicious and we loved the afternoon tea. We highly recommend Monarque and can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

Great place

My summary rating is although clean, in good location and has excellent service, I don't believe this hotel meets standards of 4-star rating based on condition of building and room and was not worth the price. I have stayed at 5 hotels in vietnam across 4 cities (Hanoi, da nang, Hoi an and saigon), I am also top 5-10% hotel reviewer on Google maps, but this hotel unfortunately did not meet my standards for a 4-star hotel. This is an old hotel. Please look at pictures carefully. I was fooled by 9.4 rating on hotels.com and 4.7 google rating. I was very disappointed when I walked into the floor hallways and the room. The furniture is very very dated and walls have marks all over them, hallways is very old and its clear walls have not seen a fresh paint in many years. It's just not a luxury experience at all which was a huge turn down for me. Hallways seem like a 2-star hotel and room look like a 3-star hotel. Staff however provides 4-star services. The room looks clean. AC worked fine and wifi was good. The room we booked was facing white walls of another building (which we knew). We also stayed in another hotel (6 buildings over at Minh Toan SAFI Ocean Hotel) for two nights for the same price and if you are debating, dont think twice and book the other one! Breakfast was good, afternoon tea was average. It was not value for money. I would consider this a solid 3-star hotel and most definitely not 4-star.I would give this hotel a 3.8or4/5 rating.Comp of $3USD was inadequate!

Location 1) Convenient location with lots of food options & beach across the property 2) Taxis were cheap & available everywhere 3) Famous MOC Seafood Restaurant just 10mins walk at slow pace 4) Easy access to pharmacies; big & small supermarts Staff 1) Everyone was very caring & attentive 2) Nothing is too difficult for them to handle 3) Staff at breakfast was helpful & attentive Cleanliness 1) Absolutely clean; room mopped; everything refilled 2) Corridor carpet was kept spotless. Such a surprise as many guests probably spend time at the beach across & would bring back their sandy feet back. My wife and I have just spent 10 nights at the Monarque, an exceptional hotel - the best we have experienced in our extensive world travels Staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional. Big thanks to everyone, but especially Alice, Gaga, Vung, Rose, Erica, Amy and Jolie at reception, and Anna, the dining room manager. Our Deluxe twin room was lovely, being spacious and comfortable with good aircon, super comfy beds, selection of English TV channels, cold fridge, reliable WIFI and excellent bathroom and shower. We were also upgraded to a seaview room for 3 nights and it was even better, being super spacious and affording a nice view of the sea and beach. Our room rate included afternoon tea with a fantastic selection of tasty cakes, salad rolls and sandwiches. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous; with a huge no of choices to suit western and asian tastes, and everything was continually topped up until finishing time. The dining room was beautifully furnished, well laid out, and plenty big enough for all guests. Staff were also extremely attentive, promptly clearing empty plates etc. The rooftop pool was a decent size and great spot to cool off. There are only 6 lounge chairs, but we usually managed to get a couple. Location is perfect, being across the road from the beach and promenade, and close to many restaurants (Family Indian is great) and mini marts.The hotel also provides free pushbikes. We would certainly recommend the Monarque Hotel. It is fantastic!!

Beautiful hotel close to My An beach with lots of choice of beachside bars and restaurants. The service was amazing and all the staff were just wonderful and professional. the rooms are really nice and both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent. I will stay again as soon as possible!

Can definitely recommend hotel. Only fault was carpet was a trip hazard near our room. We didn't get a room away from elevator as requested, but that's ok. Nice touch was afternoon tea. Hotel really looked after us, because wife couldn't sleep due to the noisy people using elevator, they have us a free 1 hour spa to help wife sleep. Thanks guys.

We found this hotel to be an excellent choice for our 5 day stay in Da nang. It was across the highway to the beach. The beach was lovely. No litter or trash to speak up like other parts of Vietnam that we visited. There were bikes we could use coutesy of the hotel. We also enjoyed a massage as a perk to our extended stay. The free breakfast was large with various options each morning. Eggs, Pho, fruits, assorted main dishes and pastries. Afternoon tea is also available daily. The staff was outstanding. Clara saw to our every need and is an asset to your hotel. Amy as well. I wish I had noticed all the others names. All the other staff from housekeeping, meal servers, chefs, bell hops, car/taxi attendents were attentive and courteous. Why would you not stay here! Thank you for our pleasant stay. Dining options were abundant all along the beach. This hotel also has a pool.

Clean, comfortable, cost effective, friendly and attentive, delicious breakfast with lots of Western and Asian options, also offers afternoon tea from 2-5pm. Great for a nice a relaxing holiday. Kids seem to like the rooftop pool. Too cold for me to try 😁 If you're after comfortable rooms that aren't crammed, this hotel offers a lot of features that qualify. Such as shelves and storage spaces, hooks on the walls, chairs and other furnitures in all rooms. The staff are well versed in answering questions relevant to the landmarks and activities. Friendly, approachable and always ready to help. Some of our next door guests were noisy so the hotel managers offered a free airport drop off for us. The afternoon tea has a mix of sweets and savory options. The breakfast was amazing 😍 a great mix of western and Asian food, pastries, pancakes and waffles, lots of fresh fruits, yoghurt, juices, fried rice, noodles, beef shanks, you name it! We've been mostly eating at the hotel. Additional to convenience is the peace of mind about the high hygiene level. Location is close to the surf beach but a bit of walk to the town centre. This has been the most comfortable and personable hotel stay that I've had.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. It is spotlessly clean and any requests are dealt with straight away. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels, you can’t beat this one, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, right next to the beach, and delicious breakfasts! Everyone on staff is so kind. Clara especially was lovely and helpful. It’s hard to overstate how solicitous and service-oriented the staff are. They had bottles of water for us nearly every time we left. They inquired about our stay and our plans for the day, offering expert advice about schedule and itinerary. We took a day trip to Hoi An and didn’t follow the advice we were given. Our mistake, their suggested itinerary would have been much better than the daylong trip we took.

What a beautiful boutique hotel. From check in to check out they treat you like royalty. The staff are incredible, we loved Clara! We had a couples spa treatment which was great! We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea from 3-5 and the 2 for 1 cocktails from 8-12. We ordered food in the lounge as well which was delicious! If you want to be completely pampered stay here. Only drawback is I don’t believe any rooms have a balcony which is too bad because the hotel faces the beach. Lots of restaurants across the street and the beach is SO perfect for walking, it’s so long!! We would stay here again for sure next time we stay in DeNang!
