As soon as we ealked in, the lobby was fresh and clean. The computers werent working but the crew was friendly and accommodating. The lobby and common areas were beautiful, the room was big enough for everyone and we were very pleased and happy! Thank you!

First time staying at Homewood Suites. It was clean, friendly staff,spacious rooms & great location to dine /shop. My husband fell in love with the breakfast, every morning he was ready to go eat!😊

Not much dining options, breakfast was the same every day, coffee was not hot enough in the lobby, clean pool towels were not stock consistently- had to call front desk several times to get someone to stock the towel station, housekeeping did pick up hallway and ice machine trash area on a regular, didn’t get enough trash bag to last a 3 day stay, there was no dish sponge to wash dishes.

The first room that we checked into was dirty and cleaned in a hurry. After reaching out, our room was changed and the new room was much cleaner. There was no internet for an entire day during our stay. No one at the hotel seemed to bother or provide alternatives. Parking onsite was $18 a day.

The hotel was very nice but there was a lot of people hanging out at the hotel and in the pool that weren't staying there. Maybe friends of the employees. Really awkward. I've never had people hanging out at a hotel and using the pool that weren't guest like this. Because of this I won't be coming back. I'm not too sure how they got into the pool area, if they were let in or got in some other way. Some people in the pool, others having party for a big group by the pool.. And people parked in there cars hanging out in the parking area in the back of the hotel.

We had a great stay with the family. The room was nice with own kitchen. The only minus was that towels, swimming gear etc. didn’t dry very quickly as there was no balcony or other place to dry them, but the room was still very good for us. Nice breakfast and the pool area was really good.

Property and room were nice, service was nice, great area for walking to dinner and shopping, very quiet….I only had an issue with one thing - they didn’t replace the dirty dish towels in my kitchen (was left either from the last guest or housekeeping I guess). But great stay!!

Room was clean , spacious, and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. Staffs was professional and respectful. Great services on BF.. loved the free wine snd cheese/snack on every first Wednesday.. and live music.. I definitely recommend and will book with Homewood again

It was a decent hotel. It’s good that they offer complementary breakfast but it wasn’t very healthy. It’d have been good to have more variety and healthy options. The staff was kind and friendly; however, there was a constant limited towel issue both in the rooms and at the pool.

The hotel itself is beautiful along with the grounds. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. Whatever we needed, they got right on it and didn't make us wait. Overall I had a really good stay and would recommend this hotel. I will be booking again. Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience.

The hotel had NO water, so we could not use the restroom after a 5 hour drive and checking in after11:00pm we had no options of finding other accommodations. We were not offered any other accommodations or discounts and were even charged an extra $50depostit for incidentals that I was not informed of before booking. I had received a text earlier in the day welcoming us about our upcoming stay and there was no mention of the hotel not having any water.

Beautiful and Clean Hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. Surprised they had Cornhole and chess for their guests. Very well kept grounds and Superb Staff Service. The location was in a safe area and there is shopping within walking distance.

I loved everything about my stay. Beautiful location and our room was sooooo clean and gorgeous view of the pool. Everything was brand new and well kept. BBQ grills, beautiful pool and all the staff members were so polite and made my family and I feel so welcome. The breakfast was great as well. Full buffet of choices every single morning. I definitely recommend this hotel it’s family, couple and business trip friendly!!

We were told by a representative that we might be able to get early check in at 2 pm however none of the rooms were ready so they told us that check in was guaranteed at 4 pm. We went back at 4:10 and ONLY 2 of 3 rooms we have rented were available and then they gave me a hard time checking in. The customer service is lacking!
