Very clean place and breakfast was a plus..

Better value than downtown salt lake. Bed was great and breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good safe location close to FBI 😀 There is a lot of noise associated with traffic on the freeway so pick your room carefully.

Spent a night on my way to Idaho. Check in was supper easy, Lobby was supper clean , room was clean and specious & breakfast was good.

We were given a handicapped accessible room which was fine, except for the bathroom door had an automatic closing mechanism and it slammed on my arm and the towel holder cut it pretty bad!

The room and hotel were both excellent, however, the hotel advertises a free shuttle from the airport. I attempted to contact the hotel the day before to inquire about the shuttle schedule and none of the phone numbers that were posted were direct numbers. We waited for an hour for the shuttle then finally took a cab which cost us $30 even though the hotel was only 2 miles away. The front desk attendant told us we had to reserve a pick up time for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport which was very frustrating since I was unable to find a direct phone number the previous day.

We had a confortable night in a king size room and the breakfast was varied and filling.Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle.The only negative point was the A/C making a loud noise.

We were ending our trip to Utah's Mighty 5 and staying in SLC for the last 2 nights. The hotel had some work done so the water was off 12-3pm and then we were looking forward to using the pool but the pool water was cold. They had plenty of signs up everywhere to inform people of when the water was off - but with advanced booking, it would have been nice to receive an email with a chance to cancel our reservation if it would impact us. The water off we worked around just fine by heading out during that time - but the pool was a bummer for us. Other than that the stay was pleasant and the rooms were nice.

This hotel is OVERPRICED. The rooms are dated, the hallways are heavily worn with stained carpets and in need of overhaul. Hotels.com listed this hotel as "pet friendly". They are...but stand by for a $40 per pet charge A total ripoff for a substandard hotel.

Room was clean. But, our air conditioner made a horrible noise all night. We needed to catch a shuttle at 4am for a flight. We booked this hotel because they offered a shuttle to the airport. 5 min AFTER arriving in the lobby we were told the shuttle driver didn't show and it would be 15-20 minutes for our cab to arrive. We had to purchase an Uber to get to the airport on time. Not the staffs fault but should have ben told sooner to have made other arrangements.

The front staff was very pleasant and helpful. She was honest and told us that we should go downtown for dinner, that it wasn't too far and we would have more options and she was spot on. We liked that the hotel was so close to the airport because we were flying out the next day.

We got to the hotel late and were leaving early the next day. The employee at the front desk not only offered to provide us bagged breakfast in the morning she set up the shuttle for us. She was very pleasant and nice the entire time even when I came and changed the times I needed. We stayed on Sunday the 24th of August to Monday the 25th.

Booked this property based on the positive reviews, but was disappointed with pur experience. King suite was roomy and clean; however, the AC unit did not work and our room was very warm and stuffy. The front desk staff came to the room to check the thermostat, but she could not fix the problem. She said she was the only one on staff and there was no maintenance person available to fix the unit. We asked about moving to another room, but she said the hotel was booked. Asked about compensation, but was referred to General Manager. Called the next day after returning home and left a voicemail for GM explaining what occurred; however, did not receive a call back. Disappointed with the customer service. On a positive note, we had an early flight out the next morning and we were provided with a "to go" bag breakfast since we left prior to the dining room being opened for breakfast.

Hallway smelled. I asked to not be near ice machine. Staff stated that my room was NOT near ice machine, I was literally across from it. Water from faucet very cloudy, was unable to give to my dog. Overall, would not recommend this facility.
