Excellent hotel and great value for money! We had the Double Room and breakfast included for a bargain! The breakfast was varied enough with the best omelette in town! The hotel is 20 minutes metro ride from Serdika! A Lidl store is just behind the hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Standard hotel with truly wonderful service. Close to the airport and with connections (about 20 minutes) to Sofia city center. The shuttle service to and from the airport is quick and cheap (20€ r/t). No frills. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel conveniently located near the airport! The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly! The room is large, and very clean, and the bed enormous, and comfortable! The minus- no coffee free or with charge before 8 am! I am recommending this hotel to everyone traveling for business or pleasure!

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy, excellent value for money, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel no more than 15 minutes from hotel. Nice Sky Bar and Restaurant .Some places around the hotel to eat as well. Nice view of the mountains.

The Hotel is brand new. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffett has a nice selection. I would definitely recommend the hotel. It is close the business district, which is convenient for meetings.

The hotel room is very spacious, clean, and modernized style. Staff was friendly, fluent in English, and took the time to help me in all my concerns. The hotel is a few minutes walk from an outlet center and bus stops to access the rest of the city. If I'm ever in Sofia again, this is where I'm staying, no doubt about it!

The hotel is in a convenient area right by the metro station, but also situated by a very busy highway. We chose to stay there because of free parking (There was no sign for guest parking. We just guessed that it was in front of the hotel and parked there). The room was clean and decent. But, on a warm day in Sofia, the hotel decided not to turn the A/C on and leave the hotel on ventilate (this is according to what the staff told us). Around 8-9 PM, I informed a male staff that the room was very hot and asked him how to turn on A/C in our room. He told us that temperture was centrally controlled. The control panel in our room only controlled fan speed. He said they didn't have A/C on at the time. He said he would ask the manager to turn A/C on in the morning. At 12:30AM, the room temperture was up to 26.5 C (79.7 F). We tried leaving the window opened because by that time, it was a lot cooler outside, but we couldn't sleep because there was still a fair amount of traffic noise from the highway. We were on the second floor. My husband called and asked again if the A/C could be turned on. The staff said he could not turn it on, only the manager could. He said there was nothing he could do for us. We ended up checking out at 1 AM with the same male staff that we talked to both times. There was no apology from him and all we got was a blank stare.

Lovely Hotel Excellent location , Very comfortable Staff 2nd to None. met really nice guys in Resataurant Pavlo and Robert, Well worth a visit.

Rooftop was closed to guests the whole three day stay so the owners could have a private party. Would have stayed somewhere else if had been informed.

New hotel so everything is very clean and tidy. Only stayed 2 nights and did notice that shower gel was not replaced; not sure if this was an oversight or general practice.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. However the room was missing some basic stuff. No body lotion, No conditioner, No iron or Iron Table, No coffee machine. Only one Bath Towel and Face towel. They dont refill the soap or shampoo on a daily basis. You have to ask. I find these items to be pretty standard in any hotel rooms. I asked the front desk about these items and they said "They are not included in the price". I should have checked. Since my parent company is in Sofia, I will be visiting Sofia very often. However this will not be my hotel in my future stays.

Easy five min walk to metro, big mall nearby, five mins by car. Lovely new hotel, comfy bed.
