The most lace was very clean and the staff was so nice. My room was a little noisy being so close to the main road. But I would definitely stay here again

we unexpectedly needed a place to stay and anerica’s best in kinston was just fine - quiet, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly… i would stay there again.

We were down for a family reunion & this was a perfect place to stay for us. Besides the small pillows, the beds were comfortable & the rooms were clean. Ear plugs were needed though for the highway traffic noise as it was constant. Overall we did enjoy it & will stay there again. The price was very reasonable as well.

Entry and exit at this facility is difficult at best. Need to drive through car dealership lot to enter highway toward Kinston. If weather had been cold air leakage around door could be a problem . Only one chair in room.

I thought the price was reasonable. I just slept there, so I was not in need of a lot of things to do at the hotel itself, however, I would have liked to have been able to have access to a workout room.

There were ROACHES inside the microwave and crawling around on the sink also the shower. I complain to the front desk about the ROACHES and nothing was done. I was staying for 2 nights and they had my money. I had to keep my clothes inside my vehicle.

I arrived late at night and went straight to sleep, in the morning as I woke to get ready for my day, I found the toilet was clogged and all I did was take a leak. Then I took a shower and discovered the shower backed up in my tub so I found myself taking a shower in sewer water. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. Rather than the hotel manager ever meeting with me, or taking the time to investigate the problem I had to leave. I called 3 times only to be told the manager will be back shortly and will call me then. Each time I asked what shortly meant and I was told 30 minutes or under 1 hour. Not only did the manager never call me she decided that as a customer I was not worth even discussing the issue. I never got upset with the help, they were all pleasant. If you stay at this hotel you are staying at your own risk. Management is important to every aspect of any business and it is obvious they can care less about their customers.
