Very clean rooms that were very spacious.

The people who work for the Flagstaff are top notch and gave such great advice on things to see and do whilst in the area. We were so appreciative of John who gave us a couple of sightseeing side trips and to be honest - some of the best views we ever imagined. The hotel was so clean and our food was wonderful. Thank you for the great stay!

A nice Hotel with helpful and friendly staff, the room was big and set up well, receptionist made you feel welcome from when you take the first step in to when you are checking out. The bar and dinning room/restaurant was decorated well good try on the menu helpful waiters/ bar men

I have never had a staff treat us so kindly. We were welcomed with open arms, esp. the bar and food staff. We will definitely be back.

Great stay only negative is the lady on breakfast was not the best in terms of welcoming and making you feel welcome.

Service excellent. Reception very friendly and helpful. Dinner was great, busy for a Tuesday but staff very efficient. Room was comfortable and clean and I had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice (delicious home made wheaten)

The room was comfortable and clean, the food good, the staff friendly and helpful. We were quite pleased. The only criticism is that the shower did not have a handheld shower head.

We found this hotel to be excellent for room cleanness, size and comfort of bed. The bathroom was of an excellent standard and we really enjoyed the breakfast section and food.

The hotel was lovely and staff great. The one fault I found no safety in the bottom of the bath. Very slippery and no walk in shower for older people.

A Very Good experience at The Flagstaff ! Regina on Reception could not have been more helpful and welcoming to the Hotel. I’ll be back for Sure, Top Class Accommodation, in a lovely environment !

The hospitality was exceptional and everything was excellent with the hotel: location-food-room size-quiet-etc.

Such a lovely stay, from receptionist to waiting staff to bar staff so friendly and obliging, room was spotless and so comfortable. We will travel back alone for the food which was outstanding.

We were especially impressed with the helpfulness of the staff member (Caroline?) on reception when we arrived and in her role later in the stay. The car park is unusually steeply sloped and it takes a bit of effort to find a step-free way to reach the rooms. The food was good.
