Fantastic hotel in every way. The food and pool bar/restaurant were amazing and the staff very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, luxurious.

The property is very clean and quiet. Both pool areas were spacious. Good delicious and cocktails were amazing. Rooms cleaned everyday. Staff was beyond friendly. The free breakfast was amazing a lot to choose from

The hotel is superb! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. they responded to my concerns within 15 minutes. The grounds are exceptional, clean and easy access. Their food is also amazing.

Beautiful surroundings but was located right where night entertainment happened. The music was extremely loud in the room.

Amazing property. We were supposed to tour the area more but fell in love with the grounds and amenities and had a wonderful stay! We will be back.

Breakfast offering is diversely incredible and includes a genuine Greek coffee set up. Swimming pools were thoroughly enjoyable in time of “Climactic Emergency , Temperature” that shut down archeological sites. Hospitality of staff is excellent & highly responsive. Lovely lodgings well worth enjoying.

The view and the location are amazing!!

We love our stay at Mystras Grand Palace. The hotel is very well maintained, implacable service, gorgeous view to the Mystras Acropolis. Will be back.

The hotel is impeccable, the food and drinks are delicious and affordable, and the amenities are excellent. The staff is kind, attentivr, and very helpful. The best part is the location - it's absolutely stunning being at the foot of the mountains and seeing the ruins of Mystras from the hotel, which is less than 10 minutes away. If you're coming to the Peloponnese, you must see Mystras. If you're going to see Mystras, this is a perfect place to stay.

Five stars for the Impressive breakfast spread packed in two large rooms and hardworking helpful wait staff… they even have an old fashioned hot sand Turkish coffee maker. All buildings are fairly new, large modern bathroom with huge shower, Room walls are stone that made the room fairly dark, every time returning to the room, it smells musky. Thin and hard towels, thin mattress. No screens so can’t open windows or doors unless one is immune to mosquitoes and flying insects. Few minutes from the Mystras ancient site and short ride to the Acropolis of Sparta. Worst 35 euro per person buffet dinner with music by the pool STRONGLY recommended by the front desk. Not only the six chafing dish of hot food over nuked and uneatable. Few pieces of fruit and prepackaged desert were awful too. The wait staffs were slow and rude. This was the worst meal we had for the entire four weeks trip in Greece. Can’t comprehend the night and day difference of breakfast and dinner. Annoying: receptionists at checkout asked for tips, when we replied no, her face changed and turned away. My years of travels and hundreds of hotel stays, I have never been asked to give tips during hotel checkouts.

Great full service hotel, with fantastic helpful staff, located outside of Sparta and near Mystra new town. Has pool, bar, lounge, restaurant,spa. Great breakfast buffet. Free parking. Looks like old village in an olive grove. You won't find better anywhere around this area.

This property was paradise. We absolutely loved it and completely surprised that this gem is located in the middle of nowhere. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

This hotel is one of the nicest properties I have stayed in, including 5 and 6 stay hotels. The value is outstanding, and the staff is so very attentive. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely resort with several pools, friendly staff, well appointed rooms. Gardens and surrounds are well maintained and lush. Room had a balcony, small fridge, kettle. Close to the Mystras ruins.

Beautiful environment and room.

It was quiet and clean.

We had 3 adults in one room and the room was spacious. Our king size bed was very comfortable and my son's pull out sofa bed was a queen size bed. The bathroom was the most spacious we had in Greece (9 hotels). Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic and the service was top notch. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning hotel, service was excellent, room was stunning with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant and had a beautiful meal. If you fancy a treat then definitely recommend

Property is beautiful and sprawling yet rooms are a little small. Breakfast a la carte service is slow. Property could use more staff. Lots of stray cats around making a lot of noise at night.
