The servers were excellent especially Mr. Williams he was awesome.

Room was dirty , bathroom was dirty , food was really bad and reception terrible

The food was always prepawas wxcellent.red for the locals, thats why many foreigners disliked the place.The drinks were only beers and waterdown cocktails..The service in the buffet place was excellent..They should hire better chefs to cook different cuisine. There theme restaurants were a joke.Any kind of liquor you order they would charge.For locals its a blast if they want to attract foreign crowds they should do betrer..What happens to the people who dont eat beef or pork ,stay hungry.. It is a very good resort with spacious rooms but people with different tags should be entertained differently.

You get what you pay for. Other facilities are in better condition but also more expensive, so price performance is ok. Food selection is very small but tastes okay so far

The room was dilapidated and unclean with evidence of insects. Light fixtures had cut cords and no bulbs. They looked like they were from the garbage. The bedding was tattered. The bed was worn out. The towels were worn out and it was questionable as if they were even cleaned. The shower had no water pressure and no hot water. The bathroom sink leaked water all over the floor whenever it was being used. The door locks didn’t work well including the balcony sliding door. The hotel had a terrible me odor of mold and decay. The closet door was also in bad repair. The room safe was inoperable. The food had a strange appearance and odor. There were many flies and cats in the dining area. We felt ill after eating. I have been fighting with Expedia and the hotel for months for a refund. We stayed one night of 25 scheduled and had to traverse other hotels and dining options to save our vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE. You would be better off sleeping in your car.

i really recommended to family or single people

I was shocked at how nice this resort was in Boca chica. I however was disappointed in how we paid so much for the ocean view but was right next to a club blasting music and it was annoying for the baby to sleep. We then had a room with the phone broken. We had to walk to the lobby and ask for towels and blankets. The food could have been better too and staff needs to be more attentive to guests when eating at the dining room. We had one server pay attention to us the last night of dinner.

So so beach, shallow water, too many beach vendors offering to sell you their wares, braid your hair,or get a massage.

The Dj was the best person there.

W diid not like the food. My wife and I had a diarrhea for six straight days. We got food poisoning because the food was not good.

The food was not good. Has two restaurants, one buffet style and the other a la carte, but must make reservations before going. All the soda I requested tasted weird, was told that it was not original coke or sprite but mixed on a machine with a like Coca-Cola syrup. The room looked dated and dingy. The grounds small. The beach is amazing, but feels like a pool, no real waves, because of the small island “la matica” sheltering. The walking vendors are relentless, became annoying after a while.

Very good , good employees in from desk , dining room m and Room service, , Stephany in front desk, Juana in dinning room andAlbania, , Rooms in Club de Capitanes the best!!
