Check in is at 3 but even after 4 the front desk was not sure if our room was ready. Our curtain was motorized by a remote and we couldn't figure it out, so we couldn't even have natural light. Also the breakfast is HORRIBLE! Pros, its a safe area to stay.

The night front desk gentleman was nice and efficient! Overall of the hotel and location was great, breakfast was decent. Our room was not vacuumed though, there was food all along the bed. When I brought it up, I was told no discounts could be given by the front desk attendant because we booked 3rd party but a note would be left for the morning manager, fair. However, when the morning manager brought it up she just said she let the housekeeping manager know and sent us on our way (no room switch was offered)

It was a good stay. Service was excellent. The only complaint was that the bathtub was very noisy. It creaked with every movement that you made in the shower.

Visiting friends and family, this hotel provided a very good breakfast daily to launch each day with effecient and friendly staff. The hotel was very busy during our 7-night stay. We were "in and out" and never had housekeeping but managed to trade out towels with the staff.

Seth, the man at the check in desk was amazingly awesome. He greeted me like i was family and advised he needed to finish something up and then he would be right with me. He mixed in friendly chatting while checking me in. I read that I would be able to get a shower cap and asked for one and he gave me two just in case. He is an example of everything a front desk employee should be. I know that i am in no position to give him a raise, but the would absolutely deserve it

The property was nice and well kept. There were a few things that happened. We got locked out of our room for an hour and about 30 minutes due to dead batteries in the lock. Staff fix issue they worked hard to fix issue but it took them so time. Also, there was a guy seating in the with a complete computer set up working from morning til late in the day. when I went down for breakfast and he was still there when got back from outings. respect that but I did not respect that during the person family was using the whole lobby area like tv, and eating there and the kids playing. Can not confirm that they were staying there because the person working on the computer after he was done packed up and left the lobby area. To the outside

We always stay here and have a great stay. Only complaint this time is the room smelt like a wet dog every time you walked in...

There were expired boiled eggs left in the refrigerator and a used wet wash cloth on the endtable between the beds.

I booked a stay through Expedia for a family wedding. Got to the hotel and was told the room was being cleaned. Came back after the ceremony and was told they were overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The sent us to the Tru which is also owned by Hilton. We had to go to a hotel 20 minutes away and separate from our family and the transportation to the reception. When we got to the Try I asked for a refund of the price difference because it was a cheaper hotel than I had paid for. I was told that they were going to refund my entire stay. I was happy with that. Well, I never got a refund at all. I was given a phone number for a manager when we checked in. I called and they had no record of me being told that. I emailed the manager twice and never heard back. So I paid for a nicer hotel and was moved without notice to a lower cost one Horrible experience to be charged for one thing and be given another and then lied to.

Last time we were there the pool closed for maintenance. This time the ice machine was down. The morning crew completely ignored us when we came down for breakfast, didn’t even lift he.r head from her phone.

We have stayed at this hotel several times but this has to be the most disappointing stay. Hotel staff was super friendly but our room was not clean, especially when paying over $200 a night. There was a huge stain on the floor, the wrong size bottom bed sheet was on and it kept falling off anytime we rolled over and drink stains were on the coffee table from the previous person stay so it was obviously not cleaned.

Very clean, staff were wonderful, beautiful walking trail outside, and the continental breakfast was 10/10. Great stay!

I stayed here 2 different times on my trip, and i have got to say not only was the hotel beautiful and clean, but the 3 different front desk employees were AMAZING!!! All were absolutely precious and sweet.

The stay was nice, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, as well. The only bad thing was that the chair in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. The walking path behind the hotel was great!

This property is very clean & in a nice part of the city. It’s easy to navigate & everything is easily accessible

There was only 1 chair in the room withonly 3 lights. The room was therefore dark. If you are on a room with 2 beds, you should at the very least have 2 chairs. Also it was not a comfortable chair.

The hotel service was generally good, with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. However, we were disappointed to find that our truck was broken into during our stay and some of our belongings were stolen. The hotel claimed they had no security cameras to investigate the incident, which is concerning. While the positive aspects of our stay were fine, the lack of proper security measures is something the hotel management should address. We hope they improve their safety protocols to prevent future incidents like this.

As usual, Hampton provided a great stay!

Loved everything about, but mostly that it was clean!

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean, very comfortable and larger than most.

The hotel was nice, room was nice & clean. Our problem was with hotels.com specifically who requested the wrong room and therefore my family of 3 was put in a room with a single king bed. The employees of the hotel were very apologetic and given the hotel was full accommodated us as best as possible with a twin rollaway bed which was much appreciated.
