Great stay and staff is superior. Room issues- ac wall panel needed battery. Remote needed battery, toilet rocks needs to be tightened, bedroom tv had no signal, room should have note saying you have to leave wall switch on by entry door for sink light to come on when that wall switch is flipped.

This was just an overnight stay so we could attend a swim meet. The check in was smooth and the desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable. The only odd thing was there was a small hole in the wall in the bathroom which was filled with toilet paper. The breakfast was great!

The property looks just like the online photos. The suite was bright, very spacious and clean. The bed (king) was super comfortable. The staff, in particular, Carla, was super friendly and helpful. The area was small but clean and gated with cabanas and plenty of loungers aith tables between each. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

It was an amazing place to stay for 2 weeks on a hybrid working/vacation. Everyone on the staff was amazingly kind and friendly. I cannot wait to go back!
Special shout outs to Quetta and her beautiful smile and amazing breakfasts and to Zach, for always starting the coffee early for me and my absurd working hours. I cannot say enough good things about this property!

Staff was amazing and helpful. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Next trip to Charleston I hope to stay there because there. I have no complaints. They also have snacks.

The area is not the greatest however the hotel is amazing! The kitchen staff is a little rude, and the front desk staff (victoria) was very nice, but there was another lady in the morning and she was kinda rude. The pool was very clean and there were always towels for the pool, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and did an amazing job!

The room was not clean, lots of stains and just felt dingy. At breakfast with two little kids we were bothered at our table about a Hilton promotion. We wouldn’t stay there again when there are so many other Charleston options.

Location is great! The only issue is Parking, if you get in late you have to literally double park or park in restricted areas and risk towing or damage. Otherwise, this is my place of choice for long term stay's.

Our stay was absolutely terrible. When we first arrived at the hotel the lady at the front desk was absolutely rude. We get to our room and the bed is caving in. We call the front desk to see if there was anyway to switch rooms. Her attitude was horrible but we managed to get into another room. The second room wasn’t any better. The fridge smelled like 10 day old fish left overs and the mattress smelled like vomit. After the response we got from the first room we were afraid to say anything else to her. Unfortunately the room was booked way in advance and it was non refundable or we would have left immediately. We will never stay at another Homewood suites again.

Just spent two nights here while attending a few sporting events in Charleston. Super nice hotel with breakfast and evening reception included. Staff super helpful and friendly. Very clean and quiet. Will stay here again when travels bring us back.

Nice hotel for travel, clean and great services including our dog that stayed with us. Staff was friendly and helpful but it was just the entire hotel is surrounded by roads and highways. Fast food around but no middle of the road or high end food around. Would stay there again but only if I had my dog.

The suite was spacious loved it. The dishwasher in the room had a very sour smell. Definitely wasn’t pleasant. Not adequate parking space. Pet friendly but not enough stations for picking up and depositing fecal matter. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
