The staff are very nice. The room and view is so lovely.

The overall staffs were discriminated and poorly trained for a 5 stars hotel (more like 4 stars or less). Staffs (receptionist and waitress) on the 2nd floor casino were unbelievable, their attitude was mean and rude when we walked into the place. We weren’t feel welcome and was told that we weren’t allowed to walk into the casino. I was also told I’m being charged for complimentary bottles of water on my last day, truly disappointing. This place needs work specifically more on customer services. This is my first but also my last time stay here. Would recommend others to stay elsewhere if you want to experience more genuine hospitality.

Room upgrade. Hospitality was great. Welcome letters and gifts. They went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is nice but it is far from main attractions. There are literally nothing around the hotel. The cleaning crew is a joke.

I like their service, check in was quick, and also other services. Like the view and the room as well. A bit far from the downtown and My Hke beach but quiet was what I need, so love it.

The view was amazing. Loved the facilities and service. A little bit out of town but we were only staying one night. Couldn't fault anything.

Amazing hotel, well maintained and with the most amazing helpful staff. Loved the pool, restaurants and amazing views. Would highly recommend.

Overall this is a great hotel in a great location. It was clean, beds are comfy and the pool/roof is EPIC. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport and they only have a couple shuttles a day - so be warned any off travel times you will need to schedule your own ride to the airport.

The only things we dont like the property unsafe

The swimming pool is awesome! Love downstairs convenience store, price is pretty reasonable.

reviews on Expedia did not match the property details. this is not be a 4.50-5 star hotel The hotel was filthy, dirty, unsanitary. We booked eight rooms and expected so much more based on the Expedia reviews. Very disappointed in the dirtiness and service. Tried to reach out to Expedia, and that was terrible as well.

Nice pool and friendly staff. Plentiful of options for breakfast but staffs sometime don't know if you have finished your breakfast or not.

This is the second time I visited Vietnam. I stayed at Danang golden bay hotel 4nights with my family, father and mother in law, brother in law, my husband and me. I'm really satisfied with hotel conditions, especially staff's service. They are so kind and try to help us every time. I'm really thank you to Rose(Thuong Doan♡)who is cute and kind. She made us happy from the airport when we arrived without booking the shuttlebus. She did her best to help us and I really impressed by her attitude. I will remember danang with her. When I went to downtown, I met Angela (Thanh Trang)☆. She always smiled and said good word to us. She tried to help us every time. And I also say thank you who cleaned my room 2537(2020. Jan.25). She(He) wrote the letter to me, and I was moved and happy. If I have a chance to visit danang again, I will stay at danang golden bay hotel because of the staffs. We had an amazing time at the hotel, the only thing we thought you could improve is having a comfortable drinking area in the day time before 5, prices on the menu in F29 on specials menu as was not expecting such an expensive meal 8 million VND For 3 people , all other meals on menu were not that expensive so had a shock when we were given bill for that meal on our first night. The infinity pool was good however would be better if it was heated as it was extremely cold and not enough sun beds fir everyone.

This hotel mainly caters to tour groups, so having access to the alternate breakfast area is a must. The only complaint I have is that the hot water comes out of the tap at lethally warm temperatures.

The service was amazing. When something was needed, they were able to quickly provide an alternative for us, like the breakfast. The bars and pool were amazing too!
