The hotel never expected my reservation via Hotels.com, I was not approved to stay at the hotel. And need a refund!

We just stayed one night, but staff very courteous and professional, hotel ( and room) very clean. Breakfast was included and was good. Would stay here again.

We didn't sleep at night because of the itching, I don't know if there were bedbugs or if it was because we didn't sleep at night because it was so terrible! And on top of everything, we paid and I have a receipt and they want us to pay again, dissatisfied!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very difficult to get on the internet.. It took many tries before it finally let me sign in with my name & room number. When I pulled back the covers on one of the beds, I found that there was no top sheet on the bed. There was just the fitted bottom sheet and the heavy comforter. Breakfast was good.

Great clean hotel! The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and room quiet. The coffee was decent and there is a Starbucks right next door if you don’t want the nice breakfast spread at the hotel or more specialty coffee. I would definitely stay again if in this area.

Loved the room, the bathroom was very nice and modern, beds comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great as well. Friendly staff. We got to check in 2 hours early which was great. Local sports bar that was walkable. The outside garbage pail was overflowing and some trash was outside on the ground near it but next time we came down it was cleaned up.

We stay at a lot of hotels and this one is absolutely worth the money, the location is fantastic. Best hotel near Xfinity Center and Patriot Place.

We had a great experience. We scheduled a late check-in and came after a local concert. By the time we made it to the hotel it was after 2am, the desk host was amazing and asked if we needed anything Xtra. I was able to check in, fold out the comfortable sleeper sofa and by 2:45 three of my family were fast asleep. We had a delightful fresh breakfast and was back on the road by 9am.

The staff was great and very friendly. It was a bit pricey for the stay and not sure if it was due to two big concerts going on at the same time but the rate was very high for this hotel line.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were in town for a concert at Gillette Stadium. The location of the hotel was perfect. We took advantage of the shuttle services which were amazing.

Overall, nice hotel and location. Breakfast was good. A little disappointed as I booked the hotel months ago for a room with two queen beds. My friend and I were traveling so we wanted separate beds. The only room they had left when was got there had a king bed and sofabed. We were not told upon check-in, but discovered when we got to the room. Called the front desk they were polite and all, but did not have any other rooms available saying "but we upgraded you to one of our nicest rooms." Nice gesture but one of us had to sleep on the sofa-bed and that was unexpected. To note, I also called the day before to confirm the reservation was all set. No mention of the room we reserved not being available.

There was a plumbing issue in our room and they compensated us for the inconvenience! So nice. Nearby dining options: Italian, standard American sports bar, Thai, Tropical Smoothie, Starbucks, and Chinese, if I remember correctly.

I was incredibly disappointed because I chose this location because it said it had room service and I was looking forward to ending this trip with a restful evening with room service, but it does not have any such thing even though it claimed to have it. Other than that, everything was OK Staff was lovely. Staff was lovely.

All was as you should expect! Clean room. Plenty of amenities. Hot breakfast had many different choices. Only wish pool was outside not in a basement.
