Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we'd ever had (Included dairy-free overnight chia or oats. Grilled chicken or carnitas with a full tortilla bar. Waffle bar with lots of toppings. Eggs, potatoes, etc.) We stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving in a suite with 2Q beds and a pull-out, with a full kitchen. Bed was softer than I like but the room in general was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't beat all what we had for the price. We did have a pet which was an extra $75 which I didn't see on hotels.com so that was a little surprise, unfortunately. Will definitely stay again!

Located close to I95 for those traveling. Clean rooms and spacious, we booked a studio. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free Breakfast was good.

The room was not as clean as I expected- a splated pee stain on the entire side of the ottoman- 3 bobby-pins on the floor, no liner for the ice bucket, dishwasher not emptied, bathroom facet would not shut off all the way.
Upon checkin I was told and charged $50.00 for my dog, the next day I got an additional charge of $25.00- when I called to ask what that charge was I was told a dog was $75.00-that is not what I was told and agreed upon the night before. I also had to go back and ask for the water. I had to ask myself where the Hilton standard went

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel when I come down to visit family & the hotel is amazing.

We had an "ok" overnight stay on our way south. The first room that we were given reeked of cat urine and the carpet was damp from recently being shampooed (I'm assuming). The second room was much better. The woman at the front desk acted like she didn't want to be there. I don't think it's good when your customers feel like they're inconveniencing you.
After the unfavorable start, the rest of the stay was good. We had a comfortable night sleep and were on our way the next morning. I think the hotel was a conversion from a previous concept. Some things were new, but the carpets and stuff seemed like they were a hold over from the previous hotel. The second day front desk staff was way better. Super friendly!

The rooms were very spacious. The staff was friendly. The only complaint i have is the floor was very dirty. I used my wipes to clean it when i first got in the room and dripped water on the floor and could clearly see the floor was never cleaned prior to my check in.
Other then that, it was a really nice hotel for our entire family who met up for a funeral.

The bathroom ceiling is starting to come down. The door sensors all around were always hard to open. There was some really sketchy people hanging out near the pool that didn’t have a room at the hotel.

Some staff upon check in were rude. Some staff seemed annoyed when we requested an extra blanket. Initially we were told they didn’t have any extra but the real reason was that because housekeeping staff had gone home, they just didn’t want to go in the back and get one. Some staff at breakfast also seemed annoyed. They were telling guests to make sure they were wearing gloves when getting food yet, they themselves were not wearing gloves and they were handling allll the food! However, check-out staff were very kind and up-beat.

I enjoyed my stay, but the kids that were staying in the hotel were horrible. There are throwing in the eating area and none of your staff cleaned it up. Your staff did not refill the items when needed.
