Nice hot tub and pool, the food typical motel for a 2.5 3 star motel. *rice was great but I was there in late November a week before Thanksgiving.

It was a very good stay. Free breakfast was excellent staff for the most part was excellent. There was one exception. I went to the front desk to ask a question and the lady behind the counter was a bit rude to me. Without me saying a word she assumed I was checking in and bluntly told me that check in was not until 3. Very unprofessional.

The employees were friendly and fantastic. The room was unique and clean. The location was nice and close to many attractions. The breakfast was ok but the eggs were not good at all and there was no fruit.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel room. Better noise barrier from other guests, in comparison with other hotels, also. The only issues are trivial, really. The shower drain was very slow so you would be standing in ankle deep water, and the bodywash dispenser was empty.

Close to town with good restaurants and to the dam. Breakfast was ok, please stop using styrofoam plates though.

I was quite impressed with Baymont when I checked in. The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant and polite. This all changed the following day when I went to the front desk to ask a question. The female employee at the front desk was talking to a guest checking in (I was behind the guest) and was very rude. It appeared as if the employee was getting impatient and speaking to the guest in a very unwelcoming manner. When it was my turn, I greeted her and smiled to see if I could diffuse whatever it was that made her seemingly annoyed and rude. Nope! I guess that is the way she talks to guests. Very disappointed.

Check in was very slow with only one counter agent with. Long line of guests. Agent had to have my husband show his driver’s license and sign not me his wife. I’ve never had that happen anywhere else.

The stay was ok, but the pillows are very small and hard, AC unit worked good at cooling, but made random noises, bathroom was very clean and nice, not a nice a stay as expected for the price.

No ice machine working on floor & had to go to lobby. Only one elevator for 3 story facility. Large tour bus bookings & lobby congestion. Bus taking multiple vehicle spaces in front while facility has bus parking stalls. Nice & convenient location.

Did like the soap dispensers in bathroom. No towel bars in bathroom. Where are we to hang our towels? The mattress was comfortable but we had the lumpiest little pillows ever! The floors had dirt in the corners and behind bathroom door.

Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge which was a plus. Lots of parking as well. The breakfast options could be improved and replensihed more often. We arrived 1.5 hours before breakfast closed and almost everything was out.

For what we paid I thought it would be a lot better! We reserved a king suite but they gave us a queen. When I asked them to change it they said they didn't have any more and didn't offer any resolution. The desk person didnt think it was a big deal but it was very inconvient for me and my husband. The towels in the bathroom were very thin and worn .
The breakfast was not good. I was very disappointed. They ran out of a lot of items and when I asked about it they just shrugged. The bread was not fresh, they did not have any fruit of any kind, or yogurt, they only had strawberry flavored cream cheese, they ran out of waffle mix. I guess I expected better service

2 night stay in Page. Had a king suite which was huge. Only complaint is the bed is firmer than I prefer. Very clean. Great area with view if Wahweap, lake Powell and glen canyon dam. Building is about 6 years old. Easy to get to everything in Page.

It was a nice hotel. It was clean and modern. I liked being next to the golf course as it had nice views and access to the rim trail. The front desk was a little rude. We were eating as a family at the tables for dinner and had asked to do so but they were rude about it. We were quick, quiet, and cleaned up after ourselves so I am not sure why they were upset at us especially since we asked to use it.

I liked that it was located very close to Hoover Dam. I didn't like, that cuttlery and plates offered for breakfast were not reusable.

Stayed here for 1 night with family, nice clean room , the hotel has great views and is on a quiet street. Had stayed here earlier couple of years back and happy to say, it still was as friendly and welcoming as I remembered! Recommend this place !
