The hotel was very clean, the check-in was very quick, and the staff was very polite. My only complaint was the lack of breakfast items. It was a bit limited and almost everything was finished. We had an early breakfast at 7AM, and both the coffee, eggs, and sausages were all finished. Also, the rooms felt very empty, and there was not much furniture to put my bags. Aside from these minor things, which are personal preferences, it was a great stay and a great option for anyone visiting the area as it is very near the city center, university, and many restaurants!

I came for training. It was a good room for the price. Very clean. Guests could be noisy. But I'd stay there again.

The bed wasn’t clean but everything else was perfect

I thought most Tru Hotels were fairly new, so we opted to try it. It seemed to be new but already very dirty. Baseboards are tile and appear to have never been dusted or wiped. Food on ceiling on 2 level by elevator. Walls in our room had liquid drip marks in multiple places that could easily be wiped to remove. Same goes for bathroom walls. Bathroom tile baseboards were especially dirty and corners in bathroom had accumulated hair. When we arrived @10 pm there were groups of students studying in the lobby. The pool area was also full of college students. The noise from upper level rooms continued all night. At breakfast there was not a clean table to sit at even tho there were at least 8 employees sitting around. It’s terrible to see a new hotel not being cleaned and taken care of.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very comfy. The room was clean however, the only thing I saw that need to be tidied up was where the mattress sits on top of the wooden board. It had dusty particles which need to be wiped around the border where the mattress sits. Other than that, all was good.

The room cleaner entered the room at 9:36am !!!!!
Despite I had do not disturb ticket on the door
I was in the bed with nothing on . No covers
I would like to be compensated for these actions !!!

I want to express my disappointment with Hilton. The room cleaning schedule was not followed as promised, and there was dishonesty about the breakfast hours. Additionally, the lack of a refund when I had to check out early was unacceptable. I also found the hotel's pool unsatisfactory due to its dirty, green water. My experience with Hilton and Expedia has been disappointing, and I will not be booking with them again.

The room stayed HOT even with A/C on the whole time. Window blinds don’t work, no maid service, beds not comfortable at all.

Was very satisfying. Wanted to book a return business trip for Nov9–11(2024) 3 nights, but was told it would be $1,041!! Not understanding why the rate would be 3 times higher per night. I’m a senior and I have AAA. Is there any discount you can give me. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and hospitality. Thank you

There was live in the bed. It was not discovered until the morning after we had slept in the bed. While the hotel covered the cost of the room, the damage had already been done. We had to treat our hair and items to prevent bringing it home.

Just be aware there is a $50 deposit along with your transaction, while I was told will be refunded after your stay. Our room AC unit did not work, they were nice enough to let us get a new room. Overall good stay, with minimal issues.

It was ultra-modern and simply beautiful with a great lobby.

Definitely would have preferred to stay anywhere else. The shower was dirty and smelled like mold, there was dust and dirt in all corners of the room, the A/C didn’t consistently work, and despite every notice saying they would do turndown service every other day, they did not. We were there 4 days/3nights and received no turndown service.

I like the location is not far from the interstate. It was my first time at a Tru Hotel. The room decor is a little different but pleasing. Selected that location for an early morning Groome Shuttle pickup. So I did not get a chance to try breakfast. Enjoyed my short stay!

The breakfast at the Tru hotel was absolutely delicious. The area is clean. The food is good quality and the staff is absolutely on top of everything. I will absolutely come back to this location.

The check-in and check out was easy & great. The girls were extremely friendly & attentive. The room however, was not so good. The toilet flushed all night long by itself. In the morning there were small black bugs in the sink, vanity & walls in the bathroom.
