The swimmingpool has a cocktailbar so you can swim and drink. Personeel is very alert is does a great job on helping the customer!

Staff was very nice. Close to restaurants and spas. AC did not work very well. Room was always hot. The skiding doors dont close completely so mosquitoes and bug got in the room and you can hear noises outside. Neighbors dog barked all night long keep us up.

Incredible value for money. Pool area was great, a good way to refresh in the middle of the day. Staff were friendly. Located across the road from ATM which was helpful. Room was a bit unclean, but still comfortable.

Reception Staff Terrible, Don’t understand English,very rude, Not hospitable. The room TV doesn’t work, AC is average, got to the room washed face & the tap wouldn’t turn off, tell reception staff, offered a double bed for 2 single people, was trying to make us pay more for 2 beds! In the end finally gave us 2 beds. The pool is good,dinner is good, breakfast is average at best,drinks are cheap, location is ok.
The reception need to realise they are in hospitality & need to be hospitable!

Great place with things to improve.
The staff is brilliant, the pool is surprisingly amazing and the cocktails they serve at the pool bar are decent. The location is central, has a lot of dining options around and is like 10 min walk to the night market
To the left of the hotel is just an enormous puddle where a free parking should be so parking a motorcycle was challenging
In the bathroom they only have rain shower and no glass door or a curtain to separate it from the rest of the space - splashes were inevitable and so the floor was constantly wet and no slippers were provided (or we did not find)
Mosquitoes were a problem with no solution from the property.
A/C is placed in such a way that it will only blow on the bed directly therefore could not be used during night , and the nights were unbearably hot

This place is a excellent quiet retreat in the middle of the city. I did not try their restaurant, so no comment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is great, nice washroom. Everything looks clean. I do like to mention that we had a very hard time locating this hotel.

Hotel is nice. Well located. No elevator if that is a requirement.
The only issue I had was extending my stay. I went to reception and none of the 3 employees could do that. I had to book one more night through online service instead of just fixing it at the reception.

We had a wonderful stay.
Our only disappointment were we didnt get our early morning wake up call on the day we went for the sunrise Angkot Wat tour and our flight departure day as the night staff was asleep.
Thanks Lina for organizing the takeaway sandwiches for our early morning flight back home. It was a wonderful delight.

Small but perfectly formed hotel in Siem Reap. Fantastic friendly service throughout our stay, great food, and cocktails which are very reasonably priced. The pool was a very good friend after a hot day sightseeing.

The room was large, bed comfy. had a nice pool view as well. The pool area is very relaxing and the pool warm and inviting. Breakfast was amazing. Best of all, the staff is all super friendly and attentive.

This little hotel is a gem.. Walking distance from pub street and the center.. The room is very clean and has everything you need.. It has a little balcony overlooking the pool with a jacuzzi. Its very pretty and has a relaxing atmosphere. The front office staff were amazing and so helpful specially the front office mgr Lina and kind receptionist Jay with her beautiful smile.. Thank you all for this amazing stay😀

Everything spotless and beautifully decorated especially the pool is amazing and the rooms and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The staff very friendly and speaks good English.

Very nice and helpful staff, very good location, good breakfast, very lovely pool. Front desk staffs are always ready with a greeting, offer of assistance or anything I need. Feels good to have such support while away from home.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff there were all very kind, responsive and welcoming. The pool is so nice with a waterfall on the side. Beautiful poolside not to mention the food we had by the pool was very good and the service was timely. There's almost no reason to leave, but it is a great location that is also close to many fun nearby sites, good restaurants and shopping areas. Can't wait to go back.

The reception is exceptional which is always great. Great restaurants with plenty of vegetarian options. Nice bar at pool area. Loved it, we will be back and highly recommend this hotel

it's a great find in the perfect location. It's about a 7 min walk to Pub street so is pretty peaceful at night.
The hotel itself is very nice with great staff. Our room was clean and spacious overlooking the pool, which was very welcoming too. Breakfast was fine and the lunch and dinner menu was great with lots of choices.
They have their own tuk-tuk driver for pick up and tours around the main attractions which were very reasonably priced and the transfer to the airport was complimentary.
We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again should we ever return to Siem Reap

Enjoy staying here so much. Spacious room, a lovely swimming pool with a bar where you can swim to and sip on your icy cold beers. Great service and smiles from every single staff member. Convenient location too!

Excellent location
This hotel is in the heart of Siem Reap and nearby shopping center, pub-street, and old market in just 10mn by walk. Hotel facilities are almost great with new modern style, and new building. Staffs are provided us as amazing service, they are very helpful. They are did a good job, i love it.
All travelers should try, i do recommend.

I loved this place! Unfortunately I only booked one night and after staying I wished I’d booked it for my entire time in Siem Reap but it was sold out. It was my favorite place during SE Asia travels so far.
