I did not like the fact that it was at the junction of the bridge and was a busy entrance area.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Clark. It is a wonderful location which is walkable to the main attractions and Busa castle. I loved this hotel because it was very well designed, the rooms were very comfortable, and they have a wonderful rooftop lounge. I also loved my room which was upgraded to a terrific view of the castle and chain bridge. The staff was so friendly and very helpful and really had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They paid a lot of attention to detail and provided amazing amenities to make my stay comfortable, even the bedding felt luxurious and slept well!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in.Wonderful staff who go out of their way to make the stay a good one.Fantastic position right on the Chain bridge which gives great access to both Buda & Pest.

Amazing stay!

Perfect stay at this hotel on a first-time trip to Budapest. The location, rooms and amenities are all top notch but what really puts it ahead of the competition is the fantastic staff. They make incredible service look effortless. Highly highly recommend!

Second time staying - the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Disappointed with the roof terrace restaurant which I found was a bit overpriced for what you got,

The hotel is beautiful, modern & very conveniently located right next to the Chain Bridge. The views are amazing & the staff members were very helpful & friendly.

The front desk clerk was so helpful and everything was just easy staying there. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend. If you can’t get into the roof top restaurant there are many dining options directly across the bridge. Also hotel is directly beside the walking biking path which we used several times in our short stay. Just stay here it is excellent!

Very weak AC, it was capped and would not cool any lower .No wash clothes in bathroom, no ice available without calling room service..,very dark rooms and very dark bathrooms and hallways were very very dark, shower put water all over the floor due to half glass wall. Additional taxes were collected when we checked out! Roof top took advantage of us and charged 3 different service fees to our bill we would not recommend the roof top at all other than the view….the view from the Clark was nice, thats about all!

Great location. Trendy rooftop bar on top of hotel. Some towels looked like rags. Breakfast buffet was expensive.

The hotel in general was a nice hotel. The castle view room, the pictures online shows being able to see the castle from the luxury of your bed. So I decided to upgrade for my partners birthday. The room we got giving wasn’t the case. You could see it, but had to get up and stand and look. So definitely not worth paying more in my opinion. The rooftop bar has beautiful views, but the staff working in that area are very rude. Especially the ones at the bottom in the waiting area. You have to pre book to get a seat in there, and when we checked in got told we couldn’t go in Friday night because of a private function (seen that a couple of times on others reviews) we booked for the Saturday and it was quiet when we got up there, yet the staff on the bottom were turning others away saying it was full. Took a while to get a drink up there, but still nice views. Think if you are paying to stay at the hotel you should be able to just go up and not have to pre book. The staff at the bottom waiting area don’t need to be so rude and stuck up. Also got told a certain amount I had to pay for the room upgrade when I got their, which included the city tax (which I was fine with) but when I went to check out the bloke on reception tried adding another 100 euros on top of that pre arranged figure! Luckily I’d screen shot the conversation. And also he didnt want to know about the room view complaint. Just a shame as it is a nice hotel in a nice location. Won’t stay there again though.

I would recommend this hotel. Booked Room 703, the view and the overall experience was as advertised. However, the shower valve was broken so could not switch between overhead and handheld mode for two days. Staff is very friendly and capable. Check-in was the best experience ever for me in any Hungarian hotel so far. Valet parking was painless as well for my rental car. Overall, I’d stay here again for $600/night.

Great location, fantastic views. Stylish room and decor. Unfortunately the hotel is seriously let down by the food which was 3* at best.

The hotel is beautiful, location is perfect and the staff is very nice and professional. The only reason for 4 stars is the room. The room was very small, dark and not practical. The open concept style is not very comfortable for couples. My advice is check the room size before booking and make sure it has a view for natural light. Enjoy Budapest!

The location is great. The interior decor is modern while keeping some of the earlier stone structure. Very creative.

Beautiful interior. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Close to the main sights and gorgeous views. Concierge booked our reservation at the skybar which was gorgeous as well. Gym had everything you’d need to do a small workout. Sauna was fantastic and had a shower to rinse off right there instead of having to go back to your room. Highly recommend this hotel.
