Great service by the property owner. Parking was a plus and the location was great. Enjoyed a lounge area for tourists and great breakfast.

Beautiful little boutique hotel easy to find and close to the train station and restaurants. Service was exceptional. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel , the breakfast was good . Disappointed though that we were charged 4.50 per night to park in their own back yard!

Large spacious room with modern bathroom. Only a 15 minute walk to the town center and the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast each morning.

This is a real boutique Hotel. The owner-manager is on site 24/7 and works hard to satisfy clientele.

We had a very pleasant room on the first floor (no lift) which had a comfortable bed and quality furnishings. Our only criticism is that the room was quite small as was the bathroom. However, the shower was very good.

Jonathan was fantastically helpful and friendly. The bathroom in the room was great with a lovely rainfall shower. The hotel is an easy 10min walk from the old centre of Beaune, making a great base to explore this beautiful town.

Due to Covid I was blocked from traveling to France. XO this hotel was alerted to this fact several months prior to my check in date and failed to accommodate be by giving me a refund or a voucher which was requested multiple times through Expedia. Terrible cash

Easy to find, good parking and friendly owners. The room was clean and comfortable. Its very well located with a 10 min walk to city centre. Breakfast was also very good.

Great location - 10min walk from downtown Beaune, owner is very nice and helpful - great service, free gated parking, great breakfast, dog friendly. We had the family room on the 3rd floor with 2 levels within the room, the room itself is a bit dated, but the owner mentioned it will be renovated soon - so this is great to hear. The 2-level room is a great concept but be aware the steps are very steep, and the WC is on the first floor and the shower and sink are on the 2nd floor, so it is a lot of going up and down which can be challenging for older folks. Would recommend this hotel, but not the family room for older folks, small children, or people that would have trouble with a steep set of stairs. Our favorite thing about this hotel was the lovely owner, the location, and the breakfast in the morning, a very quaint and charming hotel in a very convenient location. Would recommend this hotel.

Loved this quaint hotel with a very french feel. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need, breakfast was great and the service was excellent.

We had a lovely one night stay and wish we had stayed longer. We were a family of 6 adults. My wife and I had one room and the "kids" had a quad room. The rooms are not overly large, but very pleasant. Ours had a beautiful newly renovated bathroom. Apparently the ownership had changed recently. There is a young family that has taken over and they are lovely. Take the breakfast option! Our breakfast was delicious and plentiful. You can poach your own eggs if you like, the pastry and bread was wonderful and the dining room delightful. We had not made dinner plans, but has an idea of one we wanted to try. They phoned the restaurant and got us a reservation it was very good. The chef visited our table many times and told us stories about the dishes. The held our luggage for us as we toured the next day. We would stay in this hotel again for sure if life takes us back that way.

This is a wonderful family run hotel with old world charm. Rooms are spacious and staff is very welcoming. It is a short walk to town for site seeing and meals but they do offer breakfast (which was very good). The service is wonderful and the atmosphere perfect. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

We were really well looked after. The hotel has lots of character. Nice walk into town to all the lovely bars and restaurant. Lovely breakfast served in the garden. Fabulous shower!
