I checked into Fairfield Inn when my planned lodgings did not work out. I was treated courteously and helpfully. The one night stay was so satisfactory that I booked the remainder of the week there.
The staff was great, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfasts were always tasty.

Super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is well stocked and ALL staff is amazingly nice! Will stay here again next year when we are in town for business. A/C is cool, pool is clean, local diners and restaurants were great. Overall great place to stay.

We had the best time. All of the people were amazingly helpful and very very nice. We are going to make this Hotel our place to stay each time we come to Ypsilanti to visit family.

Its a great location, close to the college. Wasn’t a fan of all the noise from other occupants. Drunks walking in from a night of drink from across the street Buffalo wild wings. I don’t recommend the bottom floor.

It was a quick trip, easy, and problem-free. Check-in went smoothly and our check-in staff person was very helpful and friendly. He helped us with a couple of things we forgot to bring on our short trip. The room and bathroom were very nice, clean, and easy to navigate. The hotel had easy access to the area we were visiting. Lots of decent eating areas around. Breakfast was simple, good, well maintained by staff, and not crowded. Check-out was simple. Will come again.

Nice place. Clean with comfortable beds. The shower curtain was worn and needs replacing. My biggest complaint was the noise. Doors slamming throughout the evening. The sound really carries through the hallway into the rooms.

I went to the lobby at 1:00am to get cough/sleep medicine for my boyfriend and the woman working the desk was amazing. She had some great suggestions for suppressing his cough and even got me some sleepy time chamomile tea for him. It worked like a charm and I am grateful for her help. The manager was very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions and the lady at the desk the next day gave my daughter some feminine hygiene products. I am not usually that needy of a hotel guest but these people were lovely and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great pool, room good size, comfortable bed and linens. Would like to see glassware in room instead of plastic Bathroom requires towel hooks for clothing. small amount of mold in shower otherwise great stay.
