Wonderful experience. Loved the room and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Great location - we were there pre-cruise - with a selection of restaurants just around the corner and a quick Uber ride to the cruise port.

This is a very nice hotel and there are lots of nice little touches to make it feel more like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again, either here or at one of the other locations.
There are just a few things that need improving ever so slightly to make it excellent - water pressure in the shower, the aircon/heating unit, the pillows. The check-in process was a bit bizarre as you check in online before you get there but then you still need to check in when you get there to get your key - no information was really provided at check-in either about breakfast etc. The online checkout wasn't working either when we were there. In the room, it mentioned that they deliver breakfast bags to the room but there was no information about what was in it, how much it was or how to order it. There was no radio in our room either, even though it said there should be.
A real highlight was the delicious pastries and lovely coffee at the front desk though!

Excellent stay. Lovely welcome. Our room was comfy and well equipped. Comfy mattress. Good shower. Very clean. The air conditioning was a bit bit and miss. We called out an engineer but think attention to the problem is still needed. Blew bit and cold. Overall very nice and we'll come again.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff. Quirky edges added to the usual plain, unremarkable amenities found in other hotels. High ceiling spacious rooms, good quality appliances, excellent quality bed and pillows.

Funky, friendly vibe. Very roomy extended stay rooms. Only nits are no coffeemaker, facial tissues or paper towels in room. They could make better use of the space for storing and hanging clothes, like a closet bar under the stairs to the loft. But still, the most comfortable hotel room on on trip.

We stayed here the day after an all night flight before a cruise the following day. There was no bell service and the halls are carpeted and nearly impossible to drag luggage across. The rooms were unique and the bed was great. You can hear the neighboring rooms but fortunately we had quiet neighbors. The coffee shop/cafe was nice in atmosphere and the food was good too. Staff was helpful in arranging a cab for us. We found a good restaurant for dinner within walking distance. Cute little park across the street.

We were given a full sized bed for two and the smallest room in the hotel even though we were told that we would have a king bed. The others in our party were given rooms with king sized beds and the promised rooms. We were unable to sleep. Also, we confirmed that there would not be feathers in the bedding. The hotel said that they were not notified of this even though we confirmed with Expedia and the hotel. My wife is very allergic to feathers. We had to wait an additional hour and a half for the room to be changed.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Its location is excellent, staff was very friendly, it was clean and the room was large. It had a fully equipped kitchenette. There was an assortment of teas for early-morning pre-breakfast drinking.

1) unique vibe with mini cafe and a view of a very nice green park across the street, friendly staff.
2) floors in room and bathroom could be cleaner, no small wash cloth and only 1 handtowel.
3) no receptacle to plug in the hairdryer in bathroom.
4) upon arrival no help with luggage, no luggage cart, two steps to front door access requires lifting of bags and not easily accessable for older people.

A perfect location for those heading to the cruise terminal. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Unfortunate the shower door didn’t slide but they promptly came to the room after we reported the issue. Breakfast was delivered to our door and was very nice.

Love the ship theme of the hotel. Rooms were spacious and well finished. Lived the kitchen amenities in the room and the cafe/ bar on the first floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel located between city centre and coast. Everything within walking distance. Park in front of hotel which is very handy when travelling with dog. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly, very comfortable bed. We loved our stay. Thank you

The air conditioner made a high-pitch noise, the sink did not drain properly, the safe did not work. The new guy who checked us in was nice.

I rented 4 lofts, the family had no complaints & love the high ceiling & roominess. It seems a few things that could go wrong just happened to mine.
1: One of the card keys stopped working so I had to get it replaced, Since the new one’s codes are different, the other card has to be replaced also. The cards are very used cardboard type, since it shows age, I wonder how they sanitize them before giving them to the new customers.
2: The sink drain has to be unclogged.
3: The shower glass door went off panel (railing), it was not possible for me to put it back. Luckily my husband was able to do it. Otherwise, it would be very troublesome for me to take a shower.
4: The 2nd day, upon our return from shopping in the afternoon, the dishwasher was still running, it didn’t do a proper job.
All the staff were very polite & honest.

Great location near Ocean Cruise dock 46...easy walk even with suitcases. A/C would go off randomly. Might have been motion activated. Loved having a kitchen with every thing we needed.

Do not book this hotel! I'm not sure how and why they have such high ratings. The hotel is smelly, dirty, and poorly maintained.
Our room had such a strong moldy smell that we couldn't spend the night there. Based on the hotel reaction they were well aware of the problem. They booked us a much lower-quality room at a different hotel.
Our family stayed at the hotel as well and while their rooms didn't smell as bad, they were all smelly and dirty.
I've never seen such a difference between the rankings and reviews and the actual experience. Either the hotel is poorly maintained and changed over time or something very strange is going on.
