The hotel is nice, the staff is pleasant, and the rooms are spotless and conveniently located near the beach. My only issue is that the breakfast isn't very excellent. Additionally, I would advise bringing your own towel because the hotel doesn’t allow you to use their towels for the beach

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Easy to get to the old town, the beach and nice restaurants. No noise during the evening and nights. I highly recommend it

Let's be clear, the room was so expensive and not worth it. The room was tiny, but the location, OMG, it's right in front of the Les Invalides. No too clean, the old man working at night not nice, but the rest of them, awesome :)

This hotel is close to tram station (Alsacia&Lorraine) so It is easy to get from the Airport. It is just 3 block away from the beach. You can take a run in the morning at the long promenade. It have a small restaurant that I didn't use since there are plenty restaurants around the Hotel. Room and bathroom clean. Room service every day. Staff very friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Near the beach, promenade, tram and short walk to Old Town. Would stay again, it was a great hotel choice for staying 9 days.

Loved this property. It’s charming and comfortable and has great customer service, nice breakfast and wonderful staff. Rooms are pretty small and shower is small, but water pressure was great. Walking distance to waterfront and restaurants.

There were renovations ongoing and although we were told they would not start until after 9am - they started by 8am!

The front desk girl is incredible nice and helpful.

Only one room key made it difficult for multiple guests to leave at different times. Only can lock the room from inside or outside with key. Not particularly safe in case of fire if you are locked inside without a key. No phone so requires cell phone to contact desk. Excellent location

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet room in a great location

we were "upgraded" to a handicapped room. the bathroom smelled of sewage, the hot water, was only hot for a while and the bathroom was unheated. the hotel tried to remove the smell, it does not succeed. and we got a new room which worked fine, still with a cold bathroom. Why do you give guests a sewer smelling room? Not good enough

Good location but thin walls, small rooms and neighbours buildings mean it’s likely to be a noisy night as was for us each night. Take earplugs.

Close to City Center, Walking distance to promenade and most landmarks

Booked my wife and daughter into this establishment. They thought it was lovely and great value for money. The staff were great and ever so helpful. Good bakery across the road for breakfast. The ability to rent beach towels and parasol for the beach and at a very reasonable price was a great little extra. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good . The only thing that i didnt like was the shower ! 2x2 literally , so if you are a big person , stay away of this hotel . 2 blocks away from the beach and many restaurantes around .

Very clean and comfortable room. It was a heat wave during my visit, and the AC in my room was wonderful! Everything has been recently renovated. The only thing I wish the room had was a small fridge. Also, the hotel only has 5 parking spots at a reduced price (so I could not get parking).

The hotel is in walking distance from the beach and old town so it's great. The hotel and the room don't smell good. The staffs are pretty helpful.

The hotel is rather dated and not in the best area despite being a short walk to the beach. My room looked nothing like any of the pictures. The shower was barely big enough for me to stand in. The place had a 'motel' feel, not a nice hotel feel.

Bonjour! We flew from Heathrow to Marseille on tuesday the 11th then bus L91 for 2 nights and stayed at Ibis Hotel next to SNCF St-Charles railway station.The next day train TER to Aix-en-Provence then bus 12 to visit the Lavender Fields then train back to Marseille stn.Thursday morning after breakfast we caught the TGV INOUI double deck train to Antibes for 2 nights and stayed another Ibis Style Hotel on Chemin De St-Claude,after resting at the hotel, we went by bus 6 to Juan-Les-Pins beach.The following day visited Marché Provençale, beach then shopping at Carrefour supermarket. Saturday afternoon, bus 620 to Nice for 3 nights in your hotel.After resting, stroll down promenade des anglais.After breakfast, TER train to Ventilimile in Italy for a few hours, that afternoon train to Monaco forva few hours then back to Nice hotel.Monday, after breakfast, train from Nice SNCF stn to Grasse, to viste purfumes shops of Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard.Later that afternoon bus to Cannes for a few hours by the beach then train back to Nice.Tuesday, morning, left our luggages in your hotel, down the beach and a bit of shopping, came back to the hotel to pick up our luggages then tram 2 from Alsace Lorraine to the airport, terminal 1 back to Heathrow. Thats 1 week gone!

The room was dirty, we had 3 nights and left after the first night. Mold, stained towels, no pillows or blankets on the additional pullout bed. Handicap accessible other room not fit for a family of 4. We would like a refund. Sketchy location. Pictures on Expedia are deceiving.
