As your booking the pictures are deceiving. You think your getting the room your looking at with a nice view and then that is not the case. A lot of noise like slamming doors throughout the day/night. Parking is not included but luckily the garage nearby doesn't charge a lot for the night.

It was wonderful, my daughters had the best time of their life. My 5 years old was surprised by 2 nicest girls name Nanny, & Debra they send her a little cake for her bday, also they did a bday card. It was so nice.

Found Row while traveling home from vacationing somewhere else for a week having never heard anything about it previously. Booked rather spontaneously on Hotels.com when I decided I was to tired to drive any longer and was very pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful neighborhood.
What a wonderful evening our one night stay turned out to be. I only wish we had more time to experience the amenities and the delightful location that Row has to offer.
My family and I have already discussed returning for the upcoming holidays to do our shopping in the many outlet stores surrounding the hotel. What a serendipitous find it turned out to be on the last day of our trip returning from Salem. 10/10 will stay again!

It was a really fabulous hotel experience. The hotel was clean. The area is conveniently located for restaurants, bars and shopping. The only aspect I felt wasn't great is I saw someone come into the gym with their dog. The gym was very nice with a separate room for cycling . The hotel should enforce their policy about dogs inside the gym

The hotel was clean, it appears new. Convenient location. Close to the subway station, shopping and places to eat. We tried nearby Greek restaurant, Cafe Nero. Our best dinner was at the Daily Catch Waterfront restaurant (which is not in the hotel area). Highly recommended seafood restaurant! I liked the lights in our hotel room bathroom. As a woman, I cold appreciate the lights properly placed by the mirror so I could do my makeup. One of the best features was the coffee machine at the floor pantry. Complimentary pastries, fruits. But coffee machine was breaking often, assistance was necessary. From our room #238 I wasn't able to make calls on my personal cellphone. No explanation was given by hotel front desk. WiFi was on, but that didn't help with calls. Once I was out of our hotel room, my phone worked everywhere. The view from our room window wasn't great as you cold see only a blind wall.

We visited Boston for 36 hours and had a great stay at The Row. There were a few small issues but the staff handled them quickly. The property overall is very nice. Our room was very nice, modern, and felt clean.
There are tons of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was very good, and all of the staff was very nice and accommodating throughout our stay. I would stay there again!

The room we were given had water damage and we asked to be moved to a different room the manager gave us a room that was a like a mile from the elevator and he was very rude. The room didn’t have toilet paper and the manager Scott was so rude he made us look like liars!!! Very passive aggressive he shouldn’t work in hospitality being so rude and not welcoming.

What a great location! The area was unique, plenty to explore and the hotel was close to everything in the area. Really enjoyed the “speak-easy,” industrial theme throughout. Hotel was very clean, modern and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms are small but well laid out, and the staff was lovely. I do wish they’d had more amenities on each floor and in each room. Ice was a bit of a challenge to find and having to take an elevator to another floor for a shared microwave was uncomfortable with hot food. The beds were comfortable but sloped downward pretty significantly on the sides. We used a towel under the sides of the mattress to prop them up. The shower was wonderful and had 2 shower head options. The setup of the bathroom was a little unconventional and took some getting used to. Overall, if we were back in that area we would no doubt return.

Great location, 2 minutes to breakfast at Tatte then 2 minutes to the tube to go downtown or to Cambridge. New build hotel in shopping centre with restaurants and cinema. Only criticism would be the pool, it it was big bath, I’ve swam in some tiny pools but this was so small I didn’t even bother
