Best location in St Johns, with a welcoming host, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, perfect location

I would like to thank Earl for the easy communication we had. I had a problem with the bed and the next day it was fixed. He prompt action and understanding was amazing. Thank you. The location was incredible to experience the live music and food in St John's.

We had a wonderful stay in St. John's! Earl was an excellent host and we really enjoyed staying in his colourful place. The condos are located in great part of the city and we had fun exploring the neighbourhood.

We loved having our little apartment for 5 days over Canada Weekend. After 2 weeks of travel we could do our laundry, shower and relax… for basically the same price as a downtown hotel. Short jaunt to all the best restaurants in St John’s. The apartment was clean and communication with suggestions of tour areas was top notch.. enough space as well to bring some family back for a drink and appies! 5🌟 For us!

We loved our stay here ! It really felt like a home away from home. It was right in the heart of the city and everything was walkable for us. The apartment was so clean and cozy. We will definitely book again for our next trip to st John’s

I wish I could give this property 6 stars. From clear communication, travel tips , parking tips, to any question that needed to be answered Earl was available. The big moment is when you walk through the door and have a view of the city and harbour / port. Earl’s place is huge , clean, bright and stocked with the items you need . The beds were also super comfy. I’d go back to St.John’s just to stay at Earl’s place again.

Our Condo was very clean,and the decor was really well thought out👍 Earl was very helpful with instructions on checking in and out, also places to see and suggestions for Restaurant s in the area.

We loved our stay on Water Street! It was our first time visiting St Johns and we can’t wait to come back! We stayed in 110B and it was beautiful! Loved the space and we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend!!

Very well appointed suite! All the right touches and close to all the spots. The heritage homes loft has quite the slant- but we propped up the bed to level for sleeping. Definitely recommend -and Earl the host was super helpful with suggestions and quick to answer.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, grocery store was close. There was a trolley stop very close although we were unable to get on as they were full due to a cruise ship in port that day, may want to check the cruise schedule if you are interested in the hop on/ hop off tour. The property manager Earl was excellent, he provided many suggestions for activities and was very responsive.

One of the finest properties we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent facilities, immaculately clean and with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Wonderfully positioned, with loads of great shops, bars and restaurants only a short walk away. Earl was the perfect host too. All in all, the apartment was a superb find.

Earl was such a great host considering we didn’t meet. We wanted for nothing and had all the info we needed at check in and by text throughout our stay. The unit was clean and the house lovely. We walked to everything! What a great location. Thanks again for making the first trip to St Johns, NFLD not our last. :)

Loved staying in room 4!! Very secure and safe neighborhood! The studio was extremely clean and comfortable! Would not hesitate to stay here again! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the sights in St John’s! Thank you for your hospitality!
