Evening, we have been here 4 nights so far with 3 more to go and mine and and family's experience has been great. Your hotel is fantastic and your amenities are are up there with the best. Staff all around the resort have been fantastic too. We have asked and your staff have provided. Looking forward to our final few days here.

Hotel is set back from street giving it a tranquil setting. Location is fine to take transpo to the center. You can technically walk to the center but it is a bit over a mile. Hotel has a tram service you can take. Walking for adults would be fine, but wouldn't recommend for kids. Once in hotel gates it is quiet and you wouldn't know there is a city right outside. Couple places to eat close by but most is in the center. Hotel restaurant is great.

Excellent experience at this hotel. The facilities are very clean, updated, and comfortable. The staff here may be the kindest of any hotel I have stayed at… the front desk, restaurant staff, room service. Everybody says “hello” or “good morning” with a big smile. Restaurant has excellent breakfast buffet and great dinner menu. The pool is also very nice!

It was a wonderful experience- I was traveling solo and the staff made me feel very welcome- the accommodation are clean and up to date. There was some work being done on the pool deck but they were very considerate

CHIKA provided excellent service when checking in. WEDA made reservations for a massage & got a taxi for us. RESTI took our breakfast order for the next day because the pick up was at 0300.

The service at Element By Westin Ubud is simply impeccable! Friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a refreshing outdoor pool, and a wellness spa. They have a great spread for breakfast buffet as well!
Overall, I highly recommend Element By Westin for travelers looking for a relaxing and environmentally conscious stay in Bali's cultural hub.

Great little resort out of the main strip. Shopping around the resort was excellent where you could pick up things half the price of other places.

What a fantastic holiday destination. Every single staff member at the hotel was extraordinary. Friendly, polite, and welcoming. Lovely room, beautiful gardens, very quiet, except for the birdlife, which is extraordinary.

I solo travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful and helpful and made me feel at home. The food is good & the views is so amazing from the rooms. When the airline lost my luggage they went out they way to call the airport and help me out.

This is my favorite place to land whenever I get to Bali> I generally stay here until I find longer term accommodations. At this point, the staff knows me and treats me like family. I feel welcomed, safe, and cared for while surrounded in the natural beauty of the space. Everyone is so helpful. The rooms are beautiful clean and relaxing. The food is amazing. So far, I stayed here on 4 different occasions and will always come back to experience true Balinese hospitality.

The Elements by Westin was a great hotel to stay in, nice location close enough to Ubud City Center, but not that close to feel the frenzy of it. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, we really enjoy the pool and the quiet surroundings, the breakfast buffet was very diverse and food was delicious. an excellent value option for a chilled resort experience in Ubud.

Little bit far away from Ubud. There is a shuttle, running just every two hour for max 10 guests till 7 pm. However, it is easy grabbing a taxi. All in all a good place to stay...

The hotel is excellent and in particular, the staff is remarkable. We extended our stay from 3 to 5 nights and we could have stayed even longer. The hotel is constantly cleaned, the staff goes the extra mile and guests can relax to the fullest. There is a shuttle service provided by the hotel to take you to the center of Ubud.
