Me and my family really enjoyed the hospitality we received from the time we checked in. Great food at the restaurant, maids services were excellent.
Diamond Resort was excellent attending to any needs you requested with a smile. I highly recommend future travelers to check out Diamond Resort.

The hotel is situated on a narrow road with no pavements but theres not really anywhere within walking distance anyway. There is however a really good spa, Mona, just 1 min walk along the same side of the road as the hotel if you turn left as you come out the hotel. The 2 hour massage I had here was amazing, pressure just right, so relaxing. Would recommend the restaurant within the hotel, Infuse, we had breakfast and dinner and it was really tasty. The room was very small for 3 of us and we were asked wait 15mins on checkin while they made up the sofabed despite me contacting them beforehand to let them know this would be required. Were also asked to wait 5mins on checkout while they checked the room for any damage/loss. We were charged 500thb for an umbrella (£10gbp) which is extortionate!! Not happy with that. They must have hundreds of these things go missing every year and there is no way the cost to replace is that high. Overall it was just about passable for 3 cramped nights. The pool was great but I wouldnt return as we like to walk and explore. The shuttle was good but the night market at boat avenue was not as good as the one in ao nang (krabi).

Modern and lovely resort in Phuket. The room was clean and had a great view of the pool. We were even given a small surprise upon check in as we were celebrating an occasion. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. They offered free shuttle services to the boat avenue and the beach.
They had laundry services but only did them by piece, as we are backpackers we had a lot of laundry to do but they kindly suggested where we would find a service nearby. The area is quiet and a only a 15 min walk to boat avenue in case you had missed the shuttle. Loved that they had floating beds for the pool.

Clean and spacious rooms. About a 5min tuktuk ride away from the bustling Boat Avenue. Staff are courteous.

Property was not close to the area where we stayed the most. However, it was calm, safe, comfortable ,and with a nice restaurant. We took taxis for transportation and in this way we could know more of local culture. All in all, it was a very nice option for us.

I know the rental price is inexpensive but I would never rent this place again. The hotel is ok but what is not fine are
1. The area outside the hotel. It is not nice even to walk through the area
2. There is a coffee shop beside the hotel, food is tasty but you ll get a tummy ache/food poisoning after, and the dust from the road is all over the food and table
3. The water in the hotel smells funny. In Phuket many places do not have centralized water, I think their tanks may be contaminated. Everytime I take a shower, I smelt sewage, which is what the road outside smells like.

Amazingly beautiful hotel! My only critique was that the bed was very firm and not very comfortable. That is personal preference though and other than that it was perfect.

Great “business” hotel. No one bothers you. Quiet. If you want to lay low in a perfect area in Laguna near Ban Tao beach this is your place.

Friendly and courteous staff. Front desk will arrange for a car service for points of interest. Nice, peaceful pool area. Property seems safe however there are not many restaurants or shops nearby. The location does not seem walkable.

Its happened to my room aircon compressor was noisy intermittently when high speed fan cut in, we reluctant to change room as just a short stay anyway. Overall it's nice environment and with new furnishings resort.

Awesome hotel...pool and breakfast were great...so glad they had a shuttle that goes to the beach and grocery store every hour. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was a bit musty smelling, had to buy an air freshioner. Otherwise all good especially front desk and the fantasic restaurant.

Diamond Resort is a good value place to stay in Bang Tao. It's clean and comfortable, serves a decent breakfast and the pool is nice. We went for the grand two bedroom apartment, which was plenty big enough for a family with a small child/children. Don't go for the pool two bedroom, it's much smaller and darker overall.

Nice large complex, family orientated, beautiful fresh clean rooms a very safe complex, bang tao beach only a 15 minute walk or free shuttle provided by hotel to the beach or local shopping area boat avenue, local restaurants nearby within walking good i enjoyed the green leaf across the road seafood restaurant thai cuisine. Didn't eat at the hotels restaurant more european feel with a few Thai options overall great experience

I want to Hank the Staff at Diamond because they work so hard to meet every guest satisfied. My room was kept & tidy daily and when I need something early in the morning the facility comes and assist. The ride shuttle to town made it more convenient which is like 10 drive and or 25 min walk and similar to the beach. The location is very quiet. Once again thank you Diamond for making my stay in Phuket a wonderful one. Dean USA

Stayed here for 3 days and one word comes to mind.WOW... Felt like bei g in Bali even thiugh we live in Thailand and only 20 min away from our house..The owner Jo was a great guy and nothing was to much from him or his staff..The hotel itself is perfect in all aspects and an absolute pleasure to stay at..Infuse which is the restaurant at the property is excellent , but venture out 5 min and there's a plethora of restaurants to tantalize any palate..l cannot say enough for this beautiful resort and only way to find out is go yourself..You will be very impressed..Also Jo is around most times,take a few minutes and chat with him..Big part of the appeal of the property..

Floor is dusty when we move in, had to call operator to do deep cleaning.The cleaning team did a good job to keep the floor sparkling clean. The 2nd day was quite unpleasant as there is no water supply in the morning and water supply only return around 10am.Breakfast choice is quite limited and they should cover the food as i can see flies landing on the food.

There is a sliding door between the bedroom and sitting area that, while offering privacy, limits ability to navigate around the bedframe without running into it. Well stocked mini kitchen with toaster, kettle, 2 burner hotplate.
Convenient shuttle bus available to Bangtao beach and Boat avenue. Approx 10 min walk to the beach should one choose to do so however note that the road is narrow and quite busy. The entrance from the road to this section of the beach is not particularly attractive however, if you can ignore the pigsty (yes, with pigs) the beach is beautiful once you are on it.
Staff are wonderful and multilingual. I forgot an item in the room, went back the following day and spoke to K. Tee (rooms division manager) who promptly has his staff locate it.
Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Diamond Resort. We did however have an issue with a smell coming from our bathroom. We asked to be moved on New Years Eve and the hotel was able to accommodate that. Their service and handling of our issue was notable. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms were so small. not easy to walk around the bed. The veranda is very small. The place is not sound proof do every time someone closes the door It makes a loud bang, can hear people talking outside.

We have stayed 10 days at the Diamond Resort Phuket, it was really enjoyable.
Clean room, confortable (junior suite). People were nice and helpful.
Breakfast was good with different choice of food.
The swimming pool is wonderful, highlight of the hotel.
We will be back for sure.

The resort looks great and it’s walking distance from the local town and the beach. Staff are polite and helpful.
There were ongoing construction work at the resort which we weren’t told about at the time of the booking. We had to change room after the first night. The noise was then topped up by preparations for the Grand Opening which again was something we weren’t told about. We booked a tour from the hotel only to find out the following day that others had paid less than half the price!
