Very clean, excellent breakfast, stellar location. Check in a little tough, as you can only park for a very short time across from the hotel (then get a freeparking pass to park along the river or in their private lot). Once that is taken care of, everything is smooth!

Apartment accommodations were excellent. We were very tired from traveling all day. Perfect place to relax. One of the owners recommended a wonderful restaurant with a gorgeous view of Reichsburg Cadtle!

Amazing view from the balcony to the castle , nothing better than drink wine with the illuminated castle as background, very good breakfast. Certainly I’m coming back

Wonderful small hotel in a great location. We were a group of 12 that had just completed a 7-day bike trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast and overall great value. Highly recommended.

Lovely property in a great location. Easy to walk to main shopping area & castle. Watch your Navi, it's easy to miss the street it's on if you are driving. Hotel provides a parking pass for the next street down for the hotel. Breakfast was a nice typical German spread. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast was perfect with meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt and coffee. We stayed next door to main hotel. Checked in after dark after front lobby closed but went smoothly. No taxi at main train station to get to hotel so walk is about 20 min.

It is a family run hotel, and the owners were very gracious. No elevator so they helped us with our bags. Nice to be on that side of the bridge outside of the hubbub. Nice breakfast provided.

This is a great place to stay when you are visiting Cochem. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the location was good and the price was reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful hotel. We were late coming in to town. We called and this was ok. They had a friend that lives nearby meet us and give us the key. He was very friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. It has a blow dryer for hair and a fan for cooling. Great traditional German breakfast. It is so close to the bridge and town. You can walk everywhere. There is no doubt, I will come again.

We stayed I nights at the hotel, it was great, the owner is very nice and helped us carry our luggages twice. Truly appreciate! The pillow and bed are a little soft to us but that’s ok. They have bar and designated area to drink and chat, breakfast was great. The parking is close to the hotel. And only 20min walk to the castle. Recommend to tourist!

Everything was wonderful. The only issue was how hot the room was.

The room is small, the bed comfortable, we had a large balcony with views of the other buildings but great to sit out a relax with a bottle of wine. Great breakfast

This was probably the best overall hotel I have ever stayed at!! The staff was sooo friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our (honestly) inconvenient preferences. The area was incredible! And the apartment was clean and sooo nice :) plus, breakfast was included and it was amazing!!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

A great place to stay. Very convenient and easy to get to. The breakfast was very good! There was plenty of options to choose from. I have a pretty decent view of the castle from my room.

If it wasn’t for the paper thin walls, we would have been so happy staying here, our stay was ruined by LOUD people In The next room. The hotel is family run and they do their best to welcome guests, and their breakfast is top quality, but when you can hear a ding through the walls indicating message received on their computer, that’s what we had to deal with. The bed was comfortable, I loved their pillows, proximity to the main tourist place was good, the only problem was the acoustics and I just wanted to getaway in the end. I’m so sorry to say all this, because it’s family run business.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, though not right on the river. It is one block off, so views are limited. The hotel is older, not updated, but clean enough and comfortable enough for a one night stay. The breakfast was great. For a family stay we booked two rooms.

Lovely, very clean, well kept spacious rooms (king size beds) at a good price with breakfast (November pricing). Rooms even had a portable fan for your comfort. Friendly, helpful staff who spoke both German & English as well as made us feel welcome. They were kind and flexible with our needs/requests, like for ice for drinks in our room. Attractive and comfortable social area for both for evening drinks and morning breakfast. Offered many options for wine, beer available anytime and make a wonderful cappuccino! Easy to walk to local shops and restaurants. Very...very safe as I left my phone and wallet sitting out and both were turned in to staff. Will return again with other friends to share this wonderful experience. Thank you for offering visitors your services with a smile!!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice staff, very clean premises and excellent breakfast. The room was spacious and even though it was a hot summer night, the fans that were provided allowed for very good sleep.
