I travel quite a bit and honestly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. Staff was beyond friendly. The lead valet I wanted to adopt him. Stays on top of his crew and there is never a wait. Gives you a quick update on Broadway and tells you to have fun and call if you have any questions.

A nice enough stay. Excellent location for Broadway and other Nashville attractions. Our room was actually large but the lighting could have been better for reading.
There were no hooks in the bathroom on which to hang the towels, don’t understand how this oversight has not been addressed.
The breakfast was adequate. However totally NOT environmentally friendly. Paper plates and plastic knives and forks, come on Marriott you can do better than that. There were waiting staff but their job is just to throw things away. They should wash up instead of filling rubbish bags.

I’d give this place 10 out of 10 but housekeeping never came to our room once in the 3 nights we were there. The place is really clean and nice with a great location. Amazing pool.

There were issues with the wifi for several days. I had to push the hotel to be moved to another floor but overall the hotel handled it well after I insisted.

The staff was very friendly. Even the valet remembered me and called me Mrs. Rajnowski when I got my car. Everything was excellent.

Hotel was clean, great location. Staff friendly. Easy walking to & from Broadway. Utilized the hot tub, was little worn but was hot & relaxing. Tried to get a drink at hotel pool bar but due to we didn't have drivers license with us as we were at the pool wouldn't serve us. Felt that was a little ridiculous as my husband & myself are 55 & 54 yrs old. Parking was also over priced.

Very clean hotel. Having 3 hotels options at one place was great. I would like to be able to self park at the hotel as an option. Not a fan of valet.

Everything was great. The place that we stayed was great. It was clean. Everybody was super helpful. My only complaint was that there was nowhere to park and the valet parking was $63 a day.
