Had some bad luck with the first room but the personell was very helpful in giving us a new room. The service was outstanding throughout the trip. Extremely close to city center and all types of transportation

Great location. Great room - large, modern, clean. Only issue was noise from the bar downstairs. If you are a light sleeper it is an issue. If you are driving - be warned - the parking garage nearest the hotel, Parking Politika, is by far the worst car park you can imagine. Expensive and the tightest, most difficult spaces to get into. Also, it is very small, so in work hours is full. The hotel description says private parking available nearby, which is only true sometimes! Parking is an issue throughout the city centre, so make sure you have a plan B!

The check in time is 2:00. But I could not check in until 2:45. I am not happy about this.

Good location. Wish the property had emailed me with check in instructions. My flight was delayed, I arrived late and had to find another hotel so ended up paying for two hotels that night. I have stayed in several other places since and they have all emailed me instructions for after hours check in.

Asked for a quiet room and Leonad said my room , #106, would be quiet at night but my room was right above a restaurant that had a loudspeaker outside with music playing loudly until midnight. Ask to change rooms the next day and was told I could not change rooms

I loved the cozy hotel, clean, well located .. I loved the staff.. I checked in in this hotel 2 times .. I simply loved it, they arranged transportations for me to the airport .. very professional and puntual .. thank you for your hospitality!!

Terrible ! Steep dangerous staircase with NO handrail, towels in the bed upstairs not in Bathroom like they belong. TV mysteriously did not work at all. No sign on the front door to day ‘for check in’. Please call this #, stupid, climbed up 5 floors, no elevators, to find anyone that could point me to where is he check in for City Cozy Apts, nobody. Knew, no signs anywhere. Boyan finally showed up after 45 minutes in freezing whether, back up 5 stories and lame excuse about TV not working! Then you have to go in another foot search of their office to pay the stay with credit cards! Staff ‘dodgy’ maybe mafia thing?

Perfect location and clean enviorenment.

Staff was mildly indifferent, room was not large but nicely appointed with lovely balcony. In general, we had many unpleasant events in Belgrade with interactions as tourists, and after two days concluded we were really not welcome here, and left our hotel one day early. We lost our money, no problem, because the next day In Sarajevo and the rest of our trip was fantastic.

With grown up kids, this hotel suited our family perfectly. Walking distance to many of Belgrade’s attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms.

Room was very clean and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location and found it to be in good walking distance to explore major sites in the city. I think this place was good value!

We had an amazing 10 day stay at the Cozy Nest. The location of the hotel was perfect for us...right in the heart of Belgrade...many lovely coffee shops and restaurants minutes away! Our room was on the first floor with beautiful french doors leading to a balcony. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We found the king size bed very firm...not a problem! The housekeeping staff put two fluffy duvets under the fitted sheet...problem solved! The room was very clean and we really enjoyed the attention to details. Very spacious bedroom and huge washroom with walk in shower stall and heated towel bars. Very comfy! We can't wait to go back. We went to a lovely bakery called "Lulu" for breakfast and treats...lovely staff there as well. English spoken everywhere.

We really enjoyed my visit to the City Nest Modern & Cozy Suites.First impressions on arrival are the suitable are in a block so they are not very noticeable but the taxi driver dropped us of directly outside, and there is a buzzer on the door to let you in. The check in with quick and the receptionist was more than helpful, there English was very good and we had issues. The suites are brand new, so the décor was perfect, very specious and ideal. Location wide could fault it, right by republic sq and old town so could walk to either in a couple of mins. Price wise it was a real steal to. Overall I cant fault the place, price or location and would go back.

Located close to the city center and friendly staff with well spoken English. Would stay there again when next in Belgrade.
