Hotel was conveniently located close to everything in District V. There weren’t many amenities and breakfast was so-so, not too much variety of foods and no refills after an item was done. The WiFi in the room was horrible during our stay. We didn’t have any connection and it was hard to connect our devices. The staff didn’t care about fixing it or addressing the issue.

A/c was not working in our room and maintenance attempted unsuccessfully to resolve the problem. Was unable to move to another room till the next day. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and interested in meeting your needs.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Chain Bridge and the main shopping area. We arrived late and so ate at the hotel, food was good and very reasonably priced. Room wasn’t overly big but great for our 3-night stay. Breakfast was busy and lots there to choose from. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. We’d stay again-would definitely recommend!

Perfect location and good service. Slight hiccup though. Hotel doesn’t charge food and drinks to room account. So you have to pay and take receipts each time. For business visitors, a lot of receipts means a lot of paperwork for expense reports. One time payment and single receipt at check out would be much better and practical for the visitor.

The check-in process was smooth and the room was clean. I did not experience any issues with the room at all. The shower had good pressure and the water was warm enough. The location of the hotel is great and many things to see on foot. I left too early to experience due to catching a flight out of Budapest.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable and in a good location to getting out and about. Plenty of choice for breakfast also. Staff friendly and welcoming. Def recommend.

The buffet breakfast was very good. All the staff were VERY pleasant and helpful. They made us feel very welcome! I highly recommend it for the price!

I was there last week and it was during construction. Power outage was out for few hours during the night, had to open the window and it was noisy. Other than that, location is really good and convenience. For an American, the best thing was unlimited supply of ice :)

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. Good breakfast option. Rooms on the smaller size, not much space where to put the luggage. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

The breakfast was good. The location is great. It is a few minutes walk to the Chain Bridge and shops and restaurants. The only thing was that our room had not been made up yet after we checked in. The mess from the previous guests had not been cleaned up. Upon informing the reception, they sent a staff to clean the room right away.

Although the room was small, it was clean and tastefully decorated. Even though the location was central and walkable, the parking was difficult.

Dirty room. Construction work outside was loud. Thin walls. Breakfast was not good. No toothbrush or body lotion in the room

Fantastic location, very central and within walking distance of so many sights and museums. It's a two minute walk from the stunning chain bridge! The hotel lobby is very welcoming with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable, quiet enough for such a central location. Bathrooms are also clean and water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast buffet was extensive with everything periodically being refilled, with continental and warm breakfast choices galore, as well as freshly baked breads! Really enjoyed my stay here and have absolutely no complaints.

The most important point to enjoy a beautiful city like Budapest is the location where you stay. At this point, the perfect location of the D8 hotel provides a very good advantage. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Danube River and many touristic places. Transportation is very easy. The beds are comfortable, the cleaning is good. The breakfast is good. If I come to Budapest again, I will choose D8 hotel again.

The price was affordable! The facility is so new and everything including bathroom was also clean….! It’s located near the center of Budapest too! I liked this hotel!

Great location! Breakfast was ok… nothing special. Rooms pretty small. Wi-Fi in room was terrible… didn’t work at all and when we asked about it… they shrugged it off! I had business back home to deal with which was very inconvenient at this stay.
