The room they gave us was very noisy that I couldn’t sleep 4 nites all screaming at the street and honking and cars.. the worst stay in my life.

Super friendly staff! Goid service, its nice four star resort.I think Ibiza is getting pricy for what you get in general but will not blame that on the hotel.Its a quiet hotel which is good if you want to relax.

The location was central and facilities first class. The included breakfast was outstanding. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Lovely hotel

Hotel was very nice and check in was fast. When we entered the room it was big, bright, and "looked" clean until i went to use the shower, where i found many hairstrands hanging from the walls. Clearly, housekeeping didn't clean the showers, which i find disturbing. Im still grossed out. Front desk agent moved us into another room. Supervisor apologized in the morning. Im shocked that they didnt offer us anything for our inconvenience, not even help to move our luggages. There are a flught of stairs we had to use for both rooms.

Terrible. The hotel lobby looks like a youth hostel. That is the standard of the place. The photos are terribly inaccurate. It is dirty, lots of broken things around the place, generally very unattractive and rundown. Often no one on reception and no one answering the phone. No basic facilities that even a youth hotel or 2 star hotel would have. Depressing. The room was up several flights of stairs with no elevator. Google map the location - it is a rough area with nothing around - not pretty. It says sea view - but it is far away not front line so sea is in the distance over buildings, concrete and car parks. There is no where for taxi to stop to even taking luggage out and back is a nightmare. You are paying 3/4 star prices for a 1/2 star at best hotel. When I arrived - the pool was closed, there was no food or drink at all available in hotel - the reception suggested I order delivery on an app. The room wasn't ready. I left and they still took all the money.

I had a great, really comfortable stay at Eurostars Ibiza and I would definitely stay again. The location was great, with a 10 minute walk into the old town and a stones throw away from the beach! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The pool area was also great!

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Super nice suites hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Very Clean hotel. Pool area is very nice. Location superb. However, again, the hotel falls short on not having a bar/ restaurant, and not offering a genuine bar service and it really lacks atmosphere. When asked about drinking by the pool there is a reluctant “we can send an attendant up to the pool to take your order” [of a limited range of drinks] but it’s very half-hearted and when we did this the first time the attendant was unfriendly and it was clear having a relaxing day at the pool is not what Eurostars management want their guests to do. It’s maybe not quite sure what type of hotel it wants to be !? :))

It really surprised me. Everything was super clean. Rooms were renovated very recently. The staff was amazing. the only thing is parking but there is one 24 at a 5 min walk for around 20 euros per day.

The staff here are very attentive and proactively helpful, very refreshing change compared to other hotels. The room was cool, bright, clean and comfortable. Lively bed and very good pillows. The only downside is that their spa and pool bar is closed due to covid restrictions.

Everything was perfect! Cleanliness during Covid and the helpfulness of the staff was impeccible. Would highly recommend!

Went here for a few days to get away for a nice quiet break. Hotel was really lovely and clean and staff were helpful. It was a very quiet hotel with a cool roof hotel. Overall favourite place I’ve stayed in Ibiza so far!

Beautiful and Spacious apartment near to city center, very friendly staff. Should add parking option, chargeable also is fine.

The hotel is in a great location next to the beach with its cafes & restaurants. The view from our apartment is stunning as it over looks the bay across to Formentera. The staff are responsive and helpful too.

Amazing hotel with great views and perfect location

Only bad thing I would say about this hotel is its way way way over priced, I booked 3 nights in the duplex room and for the price I paid £1350 you can find another top end hotel for a similar price elsewhere, so was disappointed I didnt chose elsewhere, initially on arrival very disappointed as expected a lot more for the price. However once over this I intended to make the most of the trip and putting that aside the hotel was lovely and pictures are what you get, just overpriced. Very clean room, quiet and location 5 min drive to old town and 10-15 mins drive to playa den bosa is great. Staff were great too with ordering taxis and helping order food to the room etc. I would stay there again IF the price was much lower as you can stay in hotel such as bless, 7 pines, ushuaia for th e same price so expected it to be better

The place was beautiful. I would come back again. The one guy staff wasn’t the best while staying there.

Excellent location, awesome and large duplex with 2 balconies. Cold AC, excellent shower, nice bathrobes, and a comfortable bed. What more could you ask for?
