Our stay was great overall. Our party (3 couples in 3 rooms) were unable to cast to the television in our rooms though. After sharing with the front desk, they said they would get someone there to fix it, but when we inquired the next day, no one knew what we were talking about so it was never resolved.

Had car trouble before I could leave the airport to travel home. This hotel was very close to the dealership so I took it. So glad I did. Very clean, nice staff and free shuttle back to the dealership when my car was repaired. Thank you!

I’ve stayed at this location on two separate occasions and both times were great.
Everyone (from the front desk, to the kind lady who makes breakfast, to housekeeping) was very kind and welcoming. I never felt like a bother. Every corner of the place is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always tasty and made with love!

Best location in Versailles. So many stores and restaurants around. Keep up the good work. Bed was clean and comfortable, room was in good condition. Friendly staff, front desk and great breakfast. Clean place. We would have preferred the pool a bit warmer. Definitely will stay there next time.

I booked a 2 queen bed room, ended up with a king- I was told "it's because we are full" I should have notified it would change before I got there so I could cancel and go to a different hotel.

Overall this Holiday Inn Express was nice. The location was convenient to everything we planned to do. My one small complaint is being placed in a room right by the elevator bank. It was loud not only from the machines themselves, but from people getting off an on all night. Judging from the parking lot there were plenty of open rooms, so I was disappointed that the staff selected this one for our family.

The property was fine, but neither Expedia nor the hotel mentioned the pool was closed for repairs. After traveling most of that hot day, we were looking forward to being in a pool

The pool was closed. The bathroom shower had mold and exposed screws from some prior shelf/seat. Otherwise, the room, staff, parking, and parking were fine.

Well, the property was ok.
The not like was that we had planned on swimming in the pool for the evening and the pool was closed. The attendant said that he would try and give a discount but was unable because I booked through you, and I would have to contact you. We had taken our mother of 85years old on a short vacation to the castle and with the heat thought the pool would be something relaxing before the next day trip.

Never sent us an email letting us know the pool was down and not working didnt tell us till after we had to pay $50 deposit. It really hindered our week. Had to spend extra money to take my kids to a park to swim.

The pool was closed the entire weekend. I will never understand how a business can advertise amenities, charge a nightly rate considering the amenities and then not offer customers a discount when the amenities are not offered. That is False Advertising.

Nice place. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Staff is friendly and nice. But the pool is out of service and we specifically stayed here so our kids could enjoy the pool. So that was a bummer. I’ll call beforehand next time!

Very clean hotel with comfortable bed and lovely pillows (labelled hard and soft and they were). Good shades which shut out all the light. Breakfast was typical these days: hot and cold options.

Very noisy….shower did not have safety strips….and tub would not hold water….had the same breakfast 4 days in a row with only minor changes.
