Rooms were clean. The hot water kept shutting off in the shower. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier. Next time I will definitely pay more to stay somewhere a little nicer.

We arrived one hour early but we could did our check in and we were the only car in the parking. I would have appreciated a little bit of flexibility from the hotel since we only planned to drop our luggage and leave right away to visit and eating in Jackson Hole.

Noise - Squeaky floors from above. Easily hear virtually eveyything from above room especially when they walked around in evening/at night!
Could even hear their shower&toilet flushing.
Keys BOTH not working 2 of 3 nights upon return. Had to have front desk re-code BOTH key cards EACH night.
HAIR IN shower/bathtub from previous tenant! TOTALLY GROSS. Reported to Housekeeping.
Poor lighting. No ceiling lights in room. Low wattage bulbs in lamps.

Incorrect room location upon arrival. Reservatios requested 1st floor due to one person's medical condition. No record of this request although our reservation was
made a couple months ago.
NO POOL AVAILABLE, pool was stated as one of features when reservation made. Pool completely emptydue to water leak.WHY IS NO ONE MAINTAINING THIS PROPERTY?

The hotel was dated. Rooms were dark, but clean. Couldn’t get the TV to work properly. Driggs was more of a drive from both Yellowstone and Jackson than anticipated. Staff was good, though, and breakfast was fine.

Comfortable bed, quiet place, and the room was clean. Continental breakfast was great, with a good variety of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

the toilet flush mechanism flapper was old and worn and allowed steady water leak from the tank, thus causing constant leaking water noise and and refilling noise
the toilet backs to the wall of the bedroom; closing the bathroom did not eliminate the noise
in the morning we requested of the front desk that it be repaired
the desk attendant said he'd try to to get the maintenance man to attend to it that afternoon
upon our return that night, nothing had be attempted, and the noise created another night of disrupted sleep

The front desk staff was wonderful. She was helpful in many ways, including recommending a great dinner location for us. The property was nice, and I made use of the jacuzzi and laundromat.

I am not pleased. The property said it has a pool. Indeed it does but it was empty. NO ONE bothered to inform me of this or I would have chosen another place to stay. I’m in the throws of PT and it was essential on this trip that hotels had FUNCTIONING pools. I sent a message to management thru this site and did not received an acknowledgment.
The young man who checked us in never made eye contact or said thank you.
On the plus side - everything was quite clean.

The property was really clean and comfortable. The young man that was checking in at the front desk maybe said 5 words through the check in process. No big deal I guess, you dont need to be super chatty to do your job. The breakfast offered was ok, decent selection but only a few tables to sit at so we took our food back to our room since there was no open seating. Overall experience was good, it was clean and quiet.

Convenient for one night stay on way to Jackson. Driggs is a great community and Teton West is a nice motel. Would recommend it. The Idaho side of the Tetons is the best view and you can see it from the motel.

We used this place as a one night stop after a 7day hiking trip. One the good side the place was clean and had good hot showers, and the location is near decent restaurants Other than that there’s not much to recommend this place. On the downside the reception staff were some of the most clueless, unfriendly and unwelcoming front desk people I’ve ever encountered
